When I purchased this item, I thought it would come with the lipstick inside. I didn’t read that it was refillable. Yeah, I purchased two, and instant regret.

Case and Lipstick refill sold separately!

The formula of the lipstick is smooth and long-lasting. The color range is nice. I like the refillable option. The case itself is very nice and I love pulling it out! The case and the lipstick are sold separately!!!! On my first time refilling the case, I got stuck or jammed somehow how but that was a user issue. I YouTube how to fix it and I never messed it up again.If you feel like you have to force it, it's being done wrong!

Why would i want to buy a case if they dont sell the lipsticks no more!!?

Empty tube rip off

This tube was empty with no product. I got two and they were both empty. Either they’re defective or you have to buy the lipstick separate, which is ridiculous!!

Poor design unfortunately

I purchased this with the bullet refill, but the case is stuck closed and I cannot open or use it. Poorly designed

She’s a keeper for deep skin tones

This red is definitely up there in the classics like ruby woo, bawse lady , iconic red , etc . She works well with darker tones . Both me as a medium dark tones and my daughter as a deep dark tone pulled it off. No reasoned

I received it today, and the pop-up is not working. also, it kept getting stuck, and I could not take out my refillable lipstick that I also purchased . I am very sad I wanted it to work, but sadly, it did not

First time buyer

I'm a bit confused, not sure if the fault is on me or not but I didn't get any lipstick. The case came but no lipstick with it and I assumed it would come with considering I didn't see anywhere to buy it separately. This is my first time purchasing this item so I'm not sure if I made a mistake, please help me understand what happened.
