Extremely bad

Really bad!! I spent years trying to clean my skin only to use this product and get massive breakouts. Currently sobbing because of this product and this brand (I tried 4 products).

Disappointing at best…

So disappointed about this serum. It feels and responds like nothing more than water. I used to use the bb cream, but found the SuperGoop tinted sunscreen is so much better. And now use the Clinique Redness Repair moisturizer as opposed to the Dr. Jart+. This brand in general is overpriced and doesn’t get the job done. This serum is the most disappointing in the line. Sorry, but I have to be honest.

A necessity in my skincare routine

This product has completely changed my skin! I have combination skin and am in my 20’s so hormones and oils are at its peak! This product has helped to even out my skin texture and I can’t stress enough how much I recommend this product! For reference I have easily red skin and sensitive skin as well. I noticed the difference within the first 4 days of using it! Never going back!

Aide un peu ma rosacée. Mais c'est tellement difficile à faire partir.

Don't spend your money!

This used to be my favorite product, no matter where I bought it. However, after purchasing a new bottle, I discovered that the formula has changed. Previously, this product effectively helped with redness and dryness, and I would see immediate results after using it. Unfortunately, it no longer has any effect; it does not alleviate my redness or dryness. My skin is now dull and red. I would advise against wasting your money on this.

Lost an everyday staple

Reformulation causes redness :( I’m so upset they stopped making the old one. I have been using it some 2018

Staple in my routine!

This product felt like hitting jackpot. I have suffered from redness and rosacea since I was a teen while simultaneously having very sensitive skin. The moment I applied this serum I felt an instant cooling relief along with a decrease in redness as soon as it settled into my skin. I’m always nervous trying or adding new products into my skincare routine but I had no reaction and was surprised how well this worked. I have now repurchased this product after receiving it to try and wouldn’t go back. 10/10 recommend for anyone that is looking for redness relief, repairing any barrier issues and sensitive skin.

Great for sensitive skin

After using for a few weeks, at night and then a moisturizer on top, I’ve lost a lot of the red spots in my face and have less acne. My super sensitive skin has had no breaks out or allergies!!!

Sérum doux et hydratant mais aucun effet sur la rougeur malgré une utilisation matin et soir pendant 10 jours. Ma peau était très douce.

When i tell you this is the ONLY thing that helps my rosacea! I use it morning and night. No flare ups since!!!!

Burned-did not soothe at all

I purchased the whole cicapair sensitive skin line. I was having some serious issues with my skin lupus flare/rosacea/ allergic rxn we aren’t sure what caused it but my skin was in desperate need of some major help. Super red and extremely swollen. I purchased this line in hopes to help calm and at least soothe my skin. The only product that helped me get some sort of relief was the cicapair mask. Everything else burned so seriously bad. Like extremely bad. I returned everything but the mask as I had stuff already at home that would work better. I was so disappointed as I guess I had high expectations for getting some sort of relief. But honestly for the price it just wasn’t even worth it to keep. PIC: Was what I was dealing with-this product did NOT cause this.

Disappointed

I'm very disappointed as this product has changed, it's not the same serum that used to be my favorite!
