Worst packaging design EVER! New to redesign ASAP

I love this brand, so I was excited to use this. Since day 1, I don't think I have ever had enough product on my hand to produce a good clean on my face. When I "eventually" do, it does the work. BUT, it doesn't matter how many times I've exchanged this because the pump keeps getting stuck, it feels like a huge challenge to get product out because of the flaws of this design.. this is by far the WORST PACKAGING DESIGN. I'm surprised of how many similar feedback this company gets for this and they still haven't done any proactive steps to replace the design. First time being disappointed in 10+ years from this company.

Not worth it

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Unfortunately, I did not like this cleanser. I’m very picky with my balm cleansers. This one burned my eyes, felt very greasy after washing it off, and had a minty feel to it? I think there’s better balm cleansers out there especially for the price.

Good

It’s a gel based cleanser so it lathers differently I like it a lot it foams a little bit much it’s a gooey consistency i enjoy it makes my face feel fresh

This Product Was Great Until It Wasn't

I too have experienced issues with this product like others reviews have mentioned, the first time I bought it last year in the spring I used it and absolutely loved it the texture was great looked exactly how it does in the photos and I thought it was going to be my new go to cleanser. I repurchased it again in the autumn and the second time the texture was totally wrong it was watery and seemed to have melted from the consistency it was the first batch I bought, as others have expressed I think something happened to deteriorate the product in the packaging maybe heat maybe something else I'm not sure but unfortunately I won't be buying it again.

Hard pass - never again

Would give zero if I could. Took 20 pumps to even get something to come out and it's pure liquid. I shook multiple times and nothing. There is no way this was ever a gel. Terrible product stability. It also smells awful. Forcing myself to use it so it's not a total waste of money. Any positive reviews are paid or they got a unicorn bottle that actually is the product promised.

Love this for dry aging skin

As a 40 year old with very dry, sensitive skin, this product is amazing and gentle, but still removes makeup better than other brands. Need to shake before using to mix the oil and gel. Smell is very mild. Not on sale it’s overpriced for face wash imo, and the packaging probably does need to be changed but it you pry the top pump off you can get the rest out.

Useless product dispenser doesn't work!!

The dispenser on this cleanser broke down after the 2nd use! I had been so excited about this Sunday Riley product, but the thick plastic pump dispenser doesn't even function. I want a refund!

Separates, Bad pump

This separates and the pump stops working within 2 weeks of using it. Never gotten anything from the bottle but oil.

Cleanser Fail

This one is a no for me. I love Sunday Riley products but this only comes out as an oil - no gel at all. It does remove some of my makeup but not my eye makeup. And it leaves my skin feeling very oily with a film on it.

Product separates and packaging leaks

Well I really wanted to live this and give it 5 stars. Which I would have if I was basing it off the first time I used the product. It was amazing and left my face clean and moisturized. The packaging and formula however are AWFUL. The product completely separated and only a n oily liquid comes out now. And the it also leaks out of the bottom 2 vent holes in the bottle itself. Unfortunately this is a fail and I have to return it. 2 stars because the product that was in the pump and came out like a gel was great.

WARNING: do not waste your money!

This product and bottle design are terrible. It comes out as a separated oily watery mess that does not pump out easily and doesn’t smell nice. The pump broke after only a few uses, what a waste. It did not even remove makeup or cleanse.
