Devotion Eau de Parfum - Coffret cadeau

So good!

I really, really enjoy this perfume. I smelled this a few weeks back but didn't purchase it, but I loved it so much that I went to smell it more and get the set. The opening of this is very heavy on the lemon/citrus note- so much so, that I'd describe it as screechy and I actively avoid going out of my way to smell it during the first 15 minutes of wear because it's that unpleasant. After that begins to fade, I get whiffs of some sort of musk that I can't quite put my finger on. However, when it fully settles, it is a beautiful gourmand that sits pretty close to the skin. This is slightly reminiscent of Love Don't Be Shy, but not in the overpowering pink sugar way. It has that same creamy base but with little/no powderiness to it as far as I can tell (I'm not a fan of powdery scents). Devotion is sweet and smooth in an almost edible way, and I love how the vanilla isn't overly synthetic. The orange blossom peeks through in a non-abrasive way and helps the fragrance maintain its citrusy heart. I do wish the projection was better, though. As I said, it sits pretty close to the skin from the start (though this wasn't the case the first time I smelled it but maybe I over-sprayed), and after a few hours, I can no longer smell it unless my nose is to my wrist (though, I could just be going nose blind to it) and for the steep price that this is, it should project further for a longer period of time. I recommend going to try it for yourself before purchasing!

For me this perfume is a 10/10, it smells super delicious and different and it's super sweet.

Must have for Gourmand Lovers!

This is such a delightful candied citrus and vanilla scent. It’s amazing and I’m getting so many compliments. On the initial spray it does give a Lemon Pledge vibe, but that lasts less than a couple minutes before the candied sweetness begins. It’s lovely.

Pretty and smells good too!

Bought it mostly for the pretty bottle but it smells great- fresh and citrusy yet sweet! Smells like walking into a Lush store. Pretty safe blind buy and not too overpowering so good for work

I absolutely love the smell but it does NOT last long at all I got just the travel size to be sure I’d like it and again I love the smell but the longevity is a NO!

Agree w/reviewer on the single perf.- it smells similar to the Lush store. Gourmand scent with a touch of citrus. Once it dries down it very nice. Good value as for $4 more you get the travel size comparing to the 1.7 oz. people Fothose saying

SMELLS LIKE LEMON PLEDGE.

This is a hard pass! I heard reviews saying it smells like a lemon-vanilla cupcake. I was like YES! NOOOOOOOOO! It smells straight up like a fancy version of lemon pledge that you clean your furniture with. I will be returning asap!
