Teint Idole Ultra Wear Nude - Fond de teint fluide

I am begging you to bring this back!

Yes I am literally begging! This foundation was just the best - longwearing, very blendable, buildable, subtly mattifying. I have spent hundreds of pounds trying to find a replacement which is as good to no avail from either yourself or any of the other major cosmetics houses and a few more fails from Instagram purchases besides! When I say I am desperate, I really mean it, as I am down to my last few precious drops and really don't know what I will do when they are gone and I am a girl who needs foundation!

Why

I have to ask why this amazing foundation has been discontinued??? I’ve tried the new foundation to which I am allergic so it’s not better for your skin. Seriously you get nothing but disappointment from these companies who launch something so good then 2 years later it’s gone. Shame on you lancome. This was the only foundation in your range that actually gave a no make up look and didn’t crease for us older ladies but hey I guess we are not ‘on trend’ so we don’t matter

Why is this foundation not selling anymore?

Apparently Lancome is not going to sell this amazing foundation anymore. Is it going to come back? Is there any good alternative that is as matte and light as this one?

If it is true that you are going to discontinue this foundation then I am so very very disappointed. I used to wear the Teint Visionnaire or Teint Idole Ultra Wear but wasn't 100% happy with them however the Teint Idole Ultra Wear Nude is absolutely perfect. So many people have asked me which foundation I'm wearing as it looks so nice and natural. I usually mix 2 colours (shade 024 and 025) to get the right colour for my skin. One comment I will make is that some people might find the plastic bottle is not so attractive but I like the fact that it is lightweight and easy to carry. Glass is too heavy to carry. If you are in fact discontinuing this product then please replace it with something very similar. Thanks and I love all Lancome products

Absolutely gutted you are discontinuing!

This is my all time favourite foundation and I cannot believe you are discontinuing it! I don't know how you can do this to customers and feel really let down. I love the light finish and blendability of this foundation (and the shine control element) and I can find nothing to compare to it. I went through this same panic and disappointment when you discontinued my previous favourite Teint Visionnaire which was an award winning foundation. The regular Teint Idole fluid foundation just doesn't suit my mature skin. Please would you reconsider discontinuing this product or provide an alternative product of comparable quality and finish.

Très beau rendu

J'ai acheté ce FDT car je l'avais déjà eu il y a quelques années. J'ai profité des soldes et j'avais besoin de me faire plaisir. La couleur est exactement celle qui me correspond, le rendu est naturel, sans aucun effet de matière, j'ai l'impression de voir ma peau au naturel mais avec un filtre ! On voit la peau en transparence et avec une 2ème application il est tout aussi naturel mais forcément il couvre mieux. La texture est liquide donc je l'utilise au pinceau, le parfum est délicat.Ce FDT est hyper lumineux, il est très souple sur la peau et j'aime son effet filtre nude. Je le poudre légèrement pour une meilleure tenue et en fin de journée je n'ai pas de zones marquées sachant que je ne retouche jamais mon make-up en journée. Bien-sûr avec le masque c'est difficile de garder un teint nickel. Je recommande vivement ce produit qui reste haut de gamme.

Love this more than the original

I’ve been using Teint Idole ultra wear for 12 years and loved it until turning 43 and my previously oily skin became dehydrated. I found that foundation was too heavy so I decided to try this nude version. Texture wise this is fair lighter, runnier and quite thin. But it applies like a dream and provides light coverage and feels like you’re not wearing anything! While my skin is dehydrated it is still oily in places but I find that this foundation lasts all day on me when set with a little powder. I love how this makes me look bright and healthy and hopefully knocks of a few years too!

Very good foundation

Very good foundation if you want to achieve a "no makeup" makeup look. It stays extremely soft and natural on the skin, while hiding some imperfections. It is ideal for day makeup because it gives a very pleasant radiance to the skin. However, I don't think it is suitable for oily skin.

Le problème avec ce fond de teint c esr que tout coule dans le capuchon quand vous le refermer du coup vous perdez du fond de teint à chaque ouverture ..

Fantastique

FdeT idéal pour l’été, imperceptible sur la peau, très liquide donc utilisation d’un pinceau, aucune épaisseur, sensation de peau nue, tout ce que j’aime, sèche très vite, on perçoit légèrement les petits défauts de la peau et c’est ce qui le rend très naturel
