Critical for Removing My Makeup

I buy this again and again because it's the only eye makeup remover I trust to do the job. I have bought this about 15 times over the past 3 years. I use it 4 times a week and it gets my waterproof mascara off easily. However, the bottle has leaked on me several times when I fly with it in checked baggage. I have started putting it in mini shampoo bottles when I fly.

Disappointing product.

I really wanted to like this makeup remover, but it was a letdown. It leaves an unpleasant oily film on my eyes, which feels heavy and uncomfortable. Even worse, it doesn’t remove makeup effectively. I have to rub my eyes a lot, which I really dislike. After using it, my eyes feel irritated. Overall, it doesn’t do its job well and I wouldn’t repurchase.

Great product, bottle always leaks

Love the product. Hate the packaging. It always leaks when traveling and putting it in a zip lock bag keeps other cosmetics clean, sure. But I don’t want to keep buying it to replace the amount of product lost due to a faulty cap design. Do better.

Buy at your own risk

I absolutely adore this product and will continue to use it in my day-to-day. However, I must discuss the fact that the packaging and lid is awful. The photo attached was more than 2/3rd full this morning but is now empty. This is my third bottle in a year and a half because my previous two spilled all over my stuff. It is extremely annoying to clean up, and I shouldn’t have to worry whether my product will spill out of the packaging every time it is held upside down.

By far the BEST eye makeup remover. I wear waterproof eyeliner and mascara and this product removes both completely. I cannot believe I did not try this product sooner.

Do NOT buy

Doesn’t work great. You have to scrub it which is not good for lips or lashes.

Très bon démaquillant pour les yeux. Je l’utilise avec les autres produits de la gamme Take the day off notamment si mon maquillage est waterproof ou foncé. Doux, non gras. Très bien.
