Perfect for those with fragrance and propylene glycol allergies, along with the conditioner. Grants me a sense of normalcy while living with my skin allergies to most hair care products. It is to note, though, that it does not foam, which some may not like. But it does not bother me, it still works great!

Wonderful shampoo and conditioner for the price!

I have been on the hunt to replace my very expensive, natural, exclusive, great smelling shampoo and conditioner (starts with an A and ends with an E). I love The Ordinary products because they actually do what they say they should do, so I thought I would give their hair care a try. They did not disappoint. My hair looks, feels and styles just it did with the expensive stuff but at more than half the price. There is no scent so if you are sensitive to scents this is great for you. The shampoo does not lather as much as I would like, but who knows.Maybe that is why it works so well without that extra lather ingredient? The conditioner is heavenly and makes my hair soft and shiny. Try them. You will love them!

Great for cleaning scalp

Only shampoo just now that cleans my scalp and doesn't leave my hair greasy.

Cleansing for Curly hair

I have curly longish hair which keeps a lot of moisture from products. I love this, it is so cleansing. I use another one from a different company too, but this one cleanses so well and easily, I have to say this will be the keeper.

No foam

C’est une expérience un shampoing qui ne mousse pas mais qu’il lave vraiment le cheveux j’étais très dubitatif au début mais au top finalement .

Great overall product

Great product lasts very long the smell is very nutral. I’d call it a detox shampoo really as it doesn’t have that traditional creamy foamy effect that regular shampoo has.

No good

Very watered down product. Not worth the money. You’d be luck to get 5 washes out of the whole bottle. Very drying, the are also product that are much much better.

Soft silky hair from just a shampoo? Yess!!!

I bought this in August and just ran out a month ago. Please restock!! This shampoo makes my hair unbelievably soft and shiny. It has made my scalp healthy too. A little bit goes a really long way. I lost massive clumps of hair last November and have been working hard to grow my hair back. This was the final step as my hair has shed less and less as i use it. Thank you!!

Review of The Ordinary Shampoo and Conditioner

I’m very pleased with the results after using The Ordinary shampoo and conditioner. My hair feels soft, well-nourished, and looks noticeably healthier after just a few uses. It’s easy to brush, has a natural shine, and doesn’t feel heavy. I also appreciate the minimalist formula without unnecessary chemicals. My only suggestion would be to increase the bottle size, as the products are excellent but finish rather quickly. Overall, one of the best hair care duos I’ve tried — I will definitely repurchase.

I wash my hair everyday!

I have oily scalp and so I have to was my hair every single day. Now, before people say I should "train" my hair, I have. For 6 months, I only washed my hair every other day. Not only did my scalp produce more oil, I also broke out with acne. I have never had acne problems as a teenager and having acne as an adult is quite alarming. I finally stopped "training" my hair and decided to wash it daily. Then I disovered the ordinary Sulphate 4% Cleanser for Body and Hair. I have been using this along with the conditioner every day for 3 years, since it first launched. My hair has never been so healthy, I also have less hair fall out. I'd be really upset if they decide to discontinue these products because I wouldn't know what to do without them! I wish there's a travel sized bottle too!

Great results

I have been using this shampoo for a couple of months now and I am very happy with the results. It does not lather much like regular shampoo, and that may be misleading as we usually associate a thick lather with cleansing power. But it does cleanse my hair without drying it and it keeps clean for a couple of days, even in hot humid South Florida weather, so I am able to wash my hair every other day in general.
