Naturally Gentle Augen-Make-up Remover - Démaquillant doux pour les yeux

A must-have!

I have been using this product for years (possibly decades) It is an absolute must-have for getting make-up off before washing your face at night. Yes, there is a little bit left once you wipe it off but it easily comes off with washing or using a face wipe. It will separate after letting it sit for a while but shaking it up makes it useable again. It's the only thing that easily gets off alllllll the make-up easily.

Tried to like it, didn't

Waterproof eyeliner and mascara were very, very difficult to get off Friends that tried it with their non-waterproof makeup found it left residual make up as well. Left a residue and the product started to separate.

Would not recommend

I ordered this product after reading reviews of how kind it was to sensitive skin. I have ultra sensitive skin with frequent flares of eczema on my face. I thought this was going to be a solution to remove eye makeup without irritation. I was wrong..... used only once and woke up next morning to severe flare up around my eyes. It stung on contact when applying after reviews said it was soothing and non irritant. It will take weeks for this flare to calm after only using once, so so disappointed with the result. Needless to say I would not recommend.

Great so far

Just started using, so far very gentle on my eyes, no irritation so far, and it removes all eye make up! Expensive though

Excellent eye make up remover

I’ve used this for years and I love it. Gentle but effective!

Stings eyes, and doesn't work that well.

Not impressed for the cost. This doesn't work as well as the Neutrogena eye makeup remover lotion did, I have to rub my eye more. And when it gets into my eye, it stings. I'm removing L'oreal Beauty Tubes mascara, and Nyx Epic Wear liner for reference. I won't be purchasing this again.

Great for sensitive eyes

I have really sensitive eyes and this is the only eye make up remover that doesn’t irritate them!

Not gentle enough for me

This product has to be wiped off after applying, and for me it required more friction/pressure to get the makeup off than I would hope to use around the eye area. I also find it hard to control when applyying to the upper eyelash area, and as a result it tends to get into my eyes a bit. That being said, it does remove makeup, but I am switching to a new remover since this one is not gentle enough.

Gently eye make up remover

After Kiehls discontinued their eye make up remover I tried so many different brands but there seems to be an ingredient in a lot of eye make up removers that irritate the skin around my eyes. I gave Clinique Naturally Gentle Eye Makeup Remover a go and was so happy to find a product that took my make up off and didn't irritate my eyes. I regularly use liquid liner, eyeshadow and mascara and this takes them off with no bother. I am so happy to have found this product!
