Dry and faulty pencil was retracted inside

I bought rich blue and the actual pencil part was tucked all the way up the tube so rather than travel back to store I decided to sharpen it, it was apparent it was faulty as it wouldn’t sharpen properly and then the actual pencil pigment was dry and scratchy. Need to travel back to store as I’m not spending this amount on a faulty pencil it’s awful. I swear by perfect brown though so not sure if it’s rich blue that is dry.

Great product

Extremely easy to use, I have always struggled with eyeliner but this pencil apply so creamy and the brush makes it so much easier to blend out. I bought shade perfect brown and it makes my eyes pop.

Très bon crayon yeux ! Le Master Pigment Pro® Pencil de MAKEUP BY MARIO offre une texture crémeuse, une pigmentation intense dès le premier passage et une excellente tenue. Facile à appliquer et à estomper pour un effet smoky.Je recommande !

My new favourite eyeliner!

I’ve been using this product for a few months, and it has become one of my favourite eyeliners. It applies very smoothly and is easy to blend. I’ve worn it for up to 13 hours, and I can confirm that it doesn’t budge. It also has a brush on the end, which makes it great for on-the-go use or for travelling. I will say that it’s quite pricey for an eyeliner pencil, which is why I can’t give it 5 stars. However, if you’re looking for a long-lasting eyeliner, I would highly recommend purchasing it.

I bought this pencil in soft brown and absolutely loved it. it was creamy, pigmented, easy to use and stayed put all day. I was so impressed I bought the bronze shade but this one is awful. it is so so dry, it drags on the lid and doesn't smudge out at all. I thought I was just unlucky and got a bad one but the soft brown one is now going dry and hard to work with. I have only had them a couple of months and they are stored properly and the lids are put back on tight. such a shame as the colours are lovely and I would of highly recommended the brown if it hadn't dried out the way it has.

Not as good as it used to be.

I used to love this eye liner but lately it stops working when there is tons of pencil left and the pencil disappears and I need to sharpen over and over to find it again.
