I am absolutely obsessed with Anastasia Beverly Hills Iced Out Highlighter — it truly lives up to the hype and earns every one of these five stars. From the first swipe, it delivers an incredible, mirror‑like glow that transforms my skin into a luminous canvas. The formula strikes a beautiful balance: it blends seamlessly yet remains bold and radiant, never chalky or patchy. What really sets this highlighter apart is its versatility. I’ve used it dry for a soft, everyday light, and wet (on a damp brush) when I wanted that extra pop for night looks — and it performs flawlessly both ways. Obsessed with this highlighter. It looks so gorgeous on the face. It’s a unique blend of colors and shine which really makes a difference in getting that unique and shimmery look. Stunning packaging! I use a brush to apply and it works perfect.

thus product had the best pigment and made my makeup look SOOO good and shimmery in the best way , it's not streaky and blends so nice leaving you with an amazing finish .

I would t buy

If I can get this product 80 I would I don’t like this at all. The pigment is there, but the product isn’t as smooth as the other ones they have. It’s patchy and it basically is white on your skin. Doesn’t have any luminous.

Versatile highlight

I had this as soon as it released. I loved how glowy it made my skin. I also used it at an eyeshadow topper and inner corner highlight. It is so worth the splurge in my opinion.

Anastasia beverly hills

Anastasia Beverly Hills highlighters are among the better premium highlighters: high payoff, smooth, beautiful shades, and generally strong performance. They’re especially good if you like a versatile glow — something that can go from natural daytime to glam evening with some layering or adjustment. They aren’t perfect: some shades are a bit understated unless you really work them, and for some skin types, texture or longevity can be an issue.

Not a fan

Not sure why this “icy highlighter” has a super yellow gold shift to it. It’s too dark for me even though it was made for all skin tones. It left a weird cast. Then hardpanned within like a month.

BRING THIS BACK

This was one of my favorite products that Norvina has ever made. The pigmentation and color pay off is vibrant and shiny. It gives you such a perfect glow, even when using a little bit of it.

Glow On

Very gold and bold, however slightly drying. I love how obvious it is and really helps the face glow, just not sure I would buy it again at this price point.
