great moisturizer for dry skin

I bought this product not too long ago, and my skin loves it; it feels super hydrating. the only con I would say is that when you first apply the moisturizer, it leaves like a white cast, so you need to rub it in well, this was a little aggravating but not too bad. this product also leaves a beautiful glow on your face, is weightless, and isn't greasy at all; I would 100% recommend this product.

Was eh

Was just a bit eh. Left my face very greasy and shiny looking, didn't really hydrate it just say on top (if you have chapped lips this stings so bad on them) i guess its like vaseline doesnt moisturise but looks like it does

i understand that people love this product and i’m sure it’s great for those people!! however, this did not work for me. it left my skin very shiny and i did not feel moisturized at all. my skin felt tight and uncomfortable. i have combination skin, with my forehead and nose usually the most oily. my forehead was left feeling very dry and shiny.

Formula has changed. Too heavy now!

I’ve been a loyal user of Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA for years, but the recent version is definitely different from what it was in 2025. The texture has become much thicker and heavier, it honestly feels very similar to the NMF + PhytoCeramides version now. Unfortunately, it no longer sits well on my skin and feels too greasy for daily use. I’m really disappointed as this was my holy grail. It's just not suitable for my skin anymore.

Waxy drying

This face cream sits on your face and doesn't penetrate and dries out feeling like dry wax. And the company is horrible. If you buy anything online which I suggest you don't, you will have to go through hoops to return. They send you a list of five things you must do, including paying for your own return and they suggest you get a tracking number so you could see because they won't let you know if it got to them or not Then it will take up to 10 days for your refund. So basically they don't back their products because they make it very different to return

This natural moisturizing is so good! My skin feels smooth, better and moisturised all day long. This is really a must-have!

All air!!!

Just arrived, opened it and a massive amount of air squirted out with far more product than I wanted (it didnt want to come out initially). I'm not convinced there's any left now. I do like The Ordinary products but something seems to have gone seriously wrong with the packaging of this

I absolutely love this moisturizer. My dermatologist recommended it to me years ago. My skin never feels dry and the moisturizer soaks in quickly without any greasy feel.

Lightweight

I'm on my 3rd bottle now. It good for my acne prone skin. Doesn't feel greasy. Giving my skin enough hydration and glow. It's very lightweight.

Did not work for my dry sensitive skin

I have dry sensitive skin. For some reason this lotion did not work for me. I tried to use it on my face but it made my skin red and irritated. I then tried it on my body and ended up with red irritated blotches that itches. Was very hopeful that this would be very moisturizing for my skin but it did not work. If I discover that maybe it was another product in my regimen that caused the problems, I will come back and update my review. But through the process of elimination it looks like the skin irritation I have been dealing with was caused by this lotion.

Hydratante et légère

Crème hydratante que j'utilise quotidiennement depuis plus de 3 mois et que je vais commander a nouveau. Légère et hydratante, sans effet gras et sans odeur. Je l'utilise sur le visage, les lèvres le soir en hiver, les mains, bref elle est top. Difficile de trouver un meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

A great moisturiser

Love this moisturiser, so affordable and hydrates my skin enough without leaving me oily but hydrated, I have combination skin, the formula doesn't peel and it's also great under make up
