Incredibly disappointed to find my new ceramic slip is different. Smells weird and skin burns. This was my holy grail. No longer.

Not Sensitive Skin Friendly…. Formula Change

Like others mentioned, this cleanser had a formula change. My sensitive skin cannot tolerate this cleanser and my face feels DRY and irritated after using it. Such a disappointment considering this was a great cleanser.

I like the product but wouldnt use it daily if you have dry skin

Awful since change

This was my go to cleanser and I recommended it to everyone, the recent change to formula is HIDEOUS. Product now has an horrible scent, burns and leaves skin dry - complete opposite of the old formula! Terrible decision and like I see many other reviewers saying I’ll be looking for a new face wash.

Great wash for sensitive acne skin

Fabulous! Great for acne-prone/sensitive skin people! A perfect face wash for when you want simple ingredients and a thorough wash. Love!

They Ruined Ceramic Slip

This is the greatest skincare failure ever. ceramic slip was the perfect cleanser, left my skin feeling amazing, wonderful application. Now it burns your face and smells like Elmers glue. Please bring back the old formula. It took me years to find the perfect cleanser and then they ruined it. So upset.

Formula change sucks

This product used to be my holy grail but the formula has changed that. I have used this product for years but now it burns the sensitive areas on my face and has the most horrific smell (almost like cinnamon in the worst way). Please change this back to the old formula.

SO THEY DID CHANGE THE FORMULA

This cleanser was my favourite. Like most people, I’ve had an issue with this new change. Awful smell, burns my face. I actually emailed Sunday Riley when I first realised the change in this cleanser. They confirmed that it was a batch issue and that they did not in fact change the formula. However, I bought this particular bottle back in June and there are very recent reviews as of October… so Sunday Riley, what’s the issue here? Don’t tell me the batch is still messed up months later?

Reformulated product’s new scent

They’ve reformulated it with new scents, and the new smell honestly makes me feel sick. I used it for years before — very disappointed.

Changed the formula-now it stinks!

This is a product that I have bought on repeat, for years! However, as many have said, something has changed with this product and I am so sad! The smell is just weird...I can't put my finger on it. It used to have such a nice, earthy clay smell. And it just doesn't work as well! I'm very disappointed
