Zen - Eau de Parfum

Disappointed

I had purchased Zen Eau de Parfum when I was in Italy. My daughter loved the scent so much that I purchased her the larger bottle from your website. The bottle looks nothing like the one pictured when I placed my order. It came in a clear glass bottle and the scent is totally different?? I am attaching a photo of mine along side the larger bottle I purchased. I'm very disappointed.

Bonjour; concernant les anciennes formulations: certains ingrédients ne sont plus autorisés voire plus disponibles ( Règlementation CITES, disparition d'espèces, allergènes, ...), et leurs pesées doivent être remodelées. De plus, notre olfaction et tolérance (dermique) changent en vieillissant, ce qui fait varier la fragrance. Courtoisement, XianM.

The Zen parfume your site had advertised is not the one I received. False advertisement. I compared the original Zen bottle and scent and it is slightly different because i have one if the original bottles that look like what was advertised. I was very disappointed but I will keep the 2 bottles i have ordered. I have been using the original Zen 17+ years. I have went to several distributors in US and Japan and they did not have any on their shelves to sell. The current parfume does not give me the same sensory affect. Im sorry but im not sure if I will continue to order from your site again.

I have been using Zen for many years and I cannot go without a spritz daily. it is refreshing and the fragrance lingers. It's a memorable fragrance. I wish the body butter would return together the fragrance does keep me Zen all day. I love it....

Eau de parfum zen

Déçue par la fragance qui n est plus la même qu'il y a 20 ans, de plus il faut en mettre plusieurs pulvérisations pour rester parfumé peu de temps. Dommage de ne pas avoir retrouvé le parfum de ma jeunesse.

I would buy this perfume again, agian and again.

It was a fast delivery. The smell is fresh and I get at least 5 compliments daily because this fresh floral perfume is delightful and puts people at ease and positive emotion towards me. Thank you Shiseido for continuing to make this wonderful dreamy perfume.

Nicht annähernd wie der ursprüngliche Duft

Es ist wirklich kaum zu verstehen, wie man einen so tollen Duft neu zusammen mischen konnte. Er hält nicht mehr und riecht nicht mehr wie früher. Vorher war es einer der besten Düfte auf dem Markt mit so einer facettenreichen schieren Duftexplosion, die sich den ganzen Tag um einen geschmiegt hat und bis in die Abendstunden wärmer wurde und sich entfaltet hat, wie kaum ein anderes Parfum. Er hat auf der Kleidung tagelang gehalten und an Komplimenten hat es nie gefehlt. Jetzt ist er kaum wahrnehmbar und erinnert nur noch an Zitrone und Alkohol. Sehr sehr traurig so eine Entwicklung. Als wäre es eine schlechte Imitation. Warum tut ein Unternehmen so etwas? Fehlen die Inhaltsstoffe? Billigere Zulieferer? An der falschen Ecke gespart!
