fav concealer!!

finally finished it (sooo much product in here). I use this only as concealer not foundation. i use it every day and it works perfectly for natural coverage. I do have combination skin so i have dry spots and this does not settle in them more than any other concealer. i properly prime before anyway. highly highly recommend

Like it, don’t love it

I like the formula & shade, but I will say it is not as blurring as I had hoped & sometimes emphasizes pores. I also noticed the coverage is not as good as the NARS pot concealer.

I love this

This is my fav concealer, if you’re like me and jumped on the DIY train during lock down and decided to do my own nails who then got contact dermatitis this is the one product that is gentle for my skin and doesn’t cake around the dryness. When I am having good skin days it’s that perfect glow look. It’s not the type of thing that’s going to last for the day and night but it’ll last you a while. It has medium coverage probably more on the lighter coverage side if you’re used to more make up which I was before. But if you’re going for the clean girl aesthetic it’s perfect for that.

Creases worse

This product did not work for my 52 year old skin. It made the creases under my eyes look worse! I primed my skin too. I tried as a concealer and also as foundation. Both did not work for me. Returning.

Prep very WELL if you have dry skin!!

The Merit ads were super successful and I was dying to try this! As someone with acne prone, dry, sensitive skin, it’s hard to find foundation the looks natural and has buildable coverage. This foundation stick looks natural and has buildable coverage…but it WILL accentuate any texture if you don’t blend it suuuper well. The less product the better. It took me 3 separate applications to figure out how to stop my serums/sunscreen from pilling like crazy under this, and using fingers is the best way to blend — sponge makes it patchy, brush makes it streak. Once I figured it out though, it looks beautiful! Natural colour and feels light on the skin. Worth it for a clean beauty product that doesn’t test on animals. I don’t like to wear a lot of makeup so this is great if you want a natural look. It’s VERY dewy which is great for dry skin but just keep in mind it can split/pill if you use too much moisturizer under it. Overall, a bit of a learning curve to apply, but I’d still recommend!

Not for dry skin

Returned it after the first use. Extremely drying foundation that shows visible streaks where you put in on your face. I have dry skin and it’s almost impossible to blend. But maybe this foundation would work for extremely oily skin Oily

Pratique et rapide

Stick rapide et facile à utiliser. Idéal les matins pressés ou à garder dans son sac. Bonne couvrance moyenne en restant naturel. J’ai la peau sèche mais avec une bonne routine avant, pas de problème avec.

PRODUIT INCROYABLE

Produit parfait pour les personnes pressées ou qui se maquillent peu! Pour les cernes, les petits boutons ou simplement pour un petit coup pour le teint! j'adore!

Trop sec et se sépare

Point positif : shade match (peau claire à mate avec sous tons neutres et olive) & haute couvrance. Point négatif : il se sépare très vite, fait des traces et s’accroche à toute sécheresse sur votre peau. Si vous n’avez pas la peau grasse ce n’est pas la peine. Je n’ai jamais eu ça de ma vie avec un fond de teint.

Must-Have

I love this merit stick. It looks beautiful all day long and I'm so impressed with it's stay power. I would say it has a natural finish and is super blendable. I haven't worn it as concealer so I can't speak to that but as a foundation it's my go to, outside of my bare minerals original loose powder foundation. For reference, I have dry skin and use the philosophy ultimate miracle worker SPF 30 moisturizer before I put on any makeup and in the evening.
