The name says it all

PAPER. That smells like paper fresh out of the printer, all warm and sharp, with the ink smell. I somehow kinda like it!

Old Bookstore

It literally smells like perfumed paper from the 90’s or a used bookstore. Very nostalgic, but not for me.

Smells like antiseptic

You know when you’re about to get a shot at the doctor and they disinfect your skin with an alcohol prep pad? Thats EXACTLY what this smells like. I kid you not. Makes me literally gag.

The drydown is amazing

Commodity Paper Personal is one of my favorites of all times. At first it comes out very sharp, but the magic happens in the drydown. Once the alcohol disappears you are left with such an amazing clean scent. This is my everyday scent and I lift my wrists or my arms up to soak in all of its goodness. I can see why this is in the Personal space scent as only people who are really in your intimate space will be able to smell you. I am in love with this scent.

SO nice!!

I love this!! I got a sample from Sephora, sprayed it and hated it. Slept in it and found myself sniffing my arms all night long. I couldn’t get enough! It is the first “Commodity” scent I’ve tried. I just purchased the large bottle. Hard to describe the scent, I will note that it does smell a bit like rubbing alcohol. It dries down though and is quite alluring.

subtle and strange and perfect

This fragrance is subtle, and strange, and perfect. When I first spray it it almost smells like window cleaner - sharp and intense. The dry down is woody and mossy in a dry crackling paper sort of way. I get compliments on this, and I never get compliments on fragrances. I wear this to bed. I wear this when I'm having a bad day. I got a trial size and immediately bought a full bottle.

Clean and rich

Luxury, classy, rich, and mysterious. This is the perfect balance of feminine and power. It claims to be a perfume for “personal space” and yet I feel like I know her. There’s definitely warm spice.
