Of course it's so expensive but I knew from using at my hair salon that the brand works and is the best! My hair is on the wavy and frizzy side so I've changed to the Discipline line but this is a great all around shampoo.

Drying

I have thick hair with a little curl to it, but mostly frizz. For some reason, despite being promoted as a hydrating product, this only served to dry my hair out further. The smell is OK, reminiscent of orange/vitamin C. Doesn't lather well, so you have to use quite a bit of product, and it's expensive for the size.

Love it! Leaves my hair soft, hydrated, and shiny without feeling heavy. Smells amazing and a little goes a long way. Totally worth it for dry or sensitized hair! 💛

quite hydrating which is exactly what I want, it isn't too thick/ oily so won't cause dandruff. I would buy again!

Drying

This dries out my hair. Looks like my hair is fried and needs a trim. Very frizzy. Smells like dial soap which is fine but not high end. There’s better out there. I won’t repurchase not even sure I can finish the bottle

Please change back to original formula!!

The old formula was amazing why did you change it! Also the scent is horrible, I will not buy again

I love this shampoo and have used it for a long time. My hair never gets coated and the smell is heavenly.

Best shampoo for thick hair that tends to be dry

My hair is thick and tends to be dry. I have tried so many shampoos and honestly this is the best. A little goes a long way, it cleans your skull without drying it. I like the smell. It works wonders when used with the conditioner and the elixir oil! 20/10 when w when used with the conditioner

No go

I don’t know why but this leaves my hair feeling and looking so greasy. I thought I must be doing something wrong but it happens after they’ve used it on me at my hairdressers too. Love other Kerastase shampoos, this is not the one for me.

I can feel a difference after using this shampoo. My hair is noticeably softer, less frizzy, and looks overall much healthier. You don’t need to use a lot to get a good lather. Smells nice, too.
