Great Scent and Softness, but Frizz Stayed Same

I really enjoyed using this shampoo, especially because of its scent. The smell is gentle, clean, and very comforting, and it makes the entire wash routine feel luxurious. I also appreciate that a little bit of the product goes a long way. As for results, I noticed some positive changes. My hair feels softer, and my natural curls look more defined even without additional products. I did not see much improvement in my frizz, and it took me longer than expected to notice the benefits. Over time, the texture of my hair did improve. Overall, this is a lovely shampoo with an amazing scent and clear softening effects. I simply wish it helped with frizz a little more.

Fried my Hair in 1 Wash

I have routinely used Olaplex No. 4 and No. 5, as well as many other products in the line, for the better part of a decade as my primary hair care routine. I have a lot of fine hair and I wanted to see if this version would improve my oily scalp. Instead, it immediately dried my hair so significantly that I thought my comb would break. The amount of broken ends shedding off from a simple combing was terrifying. I had to immediately apply a hydrating mask and my hair is still not back to normal. I have never experienced anything like this from a single wash and never would have expected it from a brand I considered myself quite familiar with.

Disappointed

I have fine long hair and heard lots of good reviews about this shampoo. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me, won’t buy it again. I’d say this shampoo is more for short, curly unruly hair

Finally I have found a shampoo that works for my hair type. I have fine hair and a lot of it, combined with a scalp that gets greasy after a couple days, and this shampoo cleans without making it greasy. I’m already on my third bottle. Incredible product 😆

Tangled mess

I love the original olaplex shampoo and have long, fine hair past my tailbone. After two washes with this shampoo I returned it and switched back to the original. It didn’t lather at all and left my hair so tangled and dry. I could barely brush it.

I am so obsessed with this product. My hair looks incredible. I struggle with having very frizzy kind of fine damaged hair so it’s hard for me to find a shampoo that really does a good job and allows me to see results but this is definitely a 10 out of 10 for me the bond maintenance shampoo, ladders so nicely the scent is not overpowering and it washes out well I definitely recommend it

Perfect for Fine Hair

For years I have used any shampoo to clean my fine hair and never thought to use a specific shampoo for my type of hair. Olaplex No. 4 shampoo has been a big hit for my hair. It cleans and hydrates without stripping the much needed moisture that prevents breakage when wet. I have a new staple in my hair area routine, that’s so worth it!
