Product Formulation Has Changed

I have used this product for a couple of years and it has been thick and worked beautifully. However, coincidentally with the change in package design (there are now wavy lines printed on the bottle) the product is MUCH thinner, drippy, and dare I say watered down. Previous formulation was a 5 for me.

Ce produit m'a beaucoup aidé pour le coiffage. Je le couple avec le gel curl , et mes cheveux gardent leurs boucles.

Toi rich for my straight hair type.

Here's the thing. It's a good product. It's just too much conditioning for me, and if I use less then my hair is tangled.I have straight hair, but it is not fine. I do have highlights throughout and my hair is shoulder length. 8 tried the leave in conditioner sample and I liked it, but using it on a regular basis is too heavy and limp feeling for me. I really like to use the bonding oil so I just don't need both. . For me, I'm switching back to the rinse out conditioner. Input it in, work it through and then gently detangle with a wide tooth comb Then rinse. I apply binding oil after it's towed dried. I love Olaplex. I feel.like ai have celebrity hair.

Déçue

Très déçue de ce produit qui est tout de même onéreux. Même en petite quantité, sur des cheveux pourtant épais et secs, il alourdit fortement les cheveux, les rend poisseux et rend les racines grasses. Passez votre chemin

Je pensais avoir trouvé une pepite , mais une cata ca rend mes cheveux poisseux c’est affreux j’ai essayé a deux reprises mais même avec une toute petite quantité le résultat est cata

Olaplex No. 5

I have always had very thick, coarse hair. I have always tried to take really good care of my hair. I even quit using chemicals on it such as dyes, last year. Up until I tried Olaplex No. 5 I didn't think my scalp could feel or look any healthier than it was. My biggest hair concern has always been frizziness and tangles. I am still amazed at how much healthier my hair felt and looked after just one application. It not only helped my scalp feel soft,moisturized and nourished it helped tame my hair making it more managable with little to no tangles and almost no fly aways. I would have never believed how great Olaplex No 5 worked without trying it first, even though this product was received as part of an educational promotion. I will definitely be adding this to my beauty shopping list and would recommend anyone try it as having a healthy nourished scalp helps your hair both feel and look healthy, clean and vibrant. Definitely a new Olaplex No 5 fan!

Lank & greasy next day

Received a sample in Allure beauty box. Loved it the first day but by day two, hair was lank and greasy. I can go a week without washing, but with this product can barely get by two days. Not worth it, sorry.

Awesome!

I am genuinely suprised how well this product was on the first try. I have very bleached hair (white by choice and straight) and I condition hardcore, but was looking for something for when I blow dry and style. This is incredible. I am looking forward to the results after multiple times, will also look into the other products!

Best leave-in conditioner I've ever used!

I rarely leave reviews, but this stuff is AMAZING so I wanted to share! I shampoo and condition my hair (not too much conditioner) and then after towel drying my hair, I add No. 5 just from mid-length the the ends. I have very fine hair but it can feel dry and frizzy, but with No. 5, it's very soft and very manageable. HIGHLY recommended!

Great leave-in

This leave-in conditioner by Olaplex is great because it makes your hair nice and soft plus it makes it look healthier. When I don't want a scrunchy look this is what I use. I like that it helps my hair hold its form instead of becoming a frizzy mess. I also want to talk about the smell, it leaves your hair smelling super good and it lingers until you wash your hair. I use about one pump for my hair while focusing more on my mid-lengths to ends. I try not to put too much directly on the scalp but instead use whatever is left over on my hands to apply. I've tried other leave-in conditioners and although they do also get your hair soft something is different about this one. I feel like it goes into ever fiber of my hair strands to completely replenish it. My hair even feels bouncier after applying.

No5 Olaplex leave in conditioner

I love this product! I bleach my hair regularly, although my hair is very healthy, we all know a majorly hydrating product is something we can always use. My first usuing was aftrer a pre shampoo & my regualar shampoo and conditioner routine. I added it to my towel tried hair and then dried. I wanted to see how well the product worked alone first and i was so impressed. It helped detangle my ends before drying and left my hair visibly and physically softer, and shinier. It did not leave my hair with any buildup or weighted down feeling. Second time using i wanted to see how it worked with my styling creme/mousse and heat protectant. It worked well with all my other products and after using my mousse the bounce in my hair was incredible. After using regularly (5 hair wash days) the health and strength in my hair was so great. I noticed less hair in my brush or drain after rinsing. The lack in flyaways and baby hairs started to decrease . This product is perfect for all hair types and i would highly recommend this leave in conditioner.
