I have used this foundation in the past and was so excited to try it again and see that it lived up to my memory! This is still one of the best foundations in the game. It makes my base even, natural with a little dewiness, but not too shiny or cakey. The coverage is buildable and my favorite part is how it dries down and doesn’t really transfer.

Luxury skin perfection

At 40, with freckled skin and a preference for natural-looking coverage, I’ve tried many foundations and few meet the mark. This foundation delivers exactly what it promises: a radiant, seamless finish that enhances rather than hides the skin. The texture is smooth and weightless, blending effortlessly without settling into fine lines. I was particularly impressed that it didn’t oxidize throughout the day, maintaining its true shade and natural glow from morning to evening. It provides just the right amount of coverage to even the complexion while still allowing features like freckles to shine through.

The Armani Luminous Silk Foundation truly lives up to the hype when it comes to texture and finish—it blends beautifully and gives my skin a radiant, silky look without feeling heavy. The coverage is buildable and looks very natural, perfect for everyday wear or special occasions. My only issue was the shade—it was a bit too dark for my skin tone. I’ll definitely try a lighter color next time because the formula is fantastic!

Great shade match

I love this foundation! It was a perfect match for me, which was big but it is also very buildable, which I like. The only things I don’t like are that it left me looking just a bit oily and it doesn’t smell the best.

Wrong shade

I can’t give a very honest review because the shade was too dark for my skin tone. However, from what I’ve noticed when I applied is that it blends well, medium to high coverage (can build it), and gives a very smooth and nice finish. I am going to purchase in my shade and have heard great things about this foundation.

Great coverage

I absolutely loved using the Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Foundation! The coverage was flawless, enough to even out my complexion while still feeling incredibly light and natural on the skin. What really impressed me was how it didn’t feel sticky or heavy, like I had a ton of makeup on. The finish is just perfect. Luxurious

This foundation is fantastic. It applies smoothly, and blends out nicely with a brush, sponge, or fingers. The coverage is medium to full, with a beautiful luminous finish. I love the bottle and pump. It feels like a luxury product and the price reflects that.

Dewy glow

This luminous foundation has a nice light/ medium coverage, that can be built up with a second application.. It has a blurring effect on the skin adding a slight filter like quality when applied, and feels very light on the skin. The glass bottle is thick and feels luxurious. It has a pleasant skincare like scent. Great wide range of colors BUT very hard to choose your perfect shade! Does kinda separate with moisturizer. As an older girly, I prefer my bare minerals powder foundation over this one. My younger daughter posted here, LOVES IT! And the dewy glow.

It is always my go to foundation for years. Does not cause breakouts on my skin, makes it look glowy and younger.

Amazing foundation!

This is a fantastic foundation!! For reference, I have oily acne medium skin. This foundation looks so good and flawless on the skin! It is medium coverage, so it doesn't cover everything, but it looks great when you cover any spots with concealer. The foundation is more on the liquidier side, which I feel like makes it a lot easier to blend and also helps it looking natural on the skin! It leaves the skin with a satin-like finish and topped with blush and powder, it looks fantastic and blurred! Usually my base makeup ends up super oily after a few hours, with this foundation I found that my skin didn't get as oily like with other foundations and also not as quick. The foundation also has fragrance to it, but my skin didn't react or anything to it! Overall, this foundation is very nice!! I do feel like it's worth the price, and I will repurchase it in the future!

Beautiful foundation - shade match in store

This is a beautiful foundation. It is very glowy until it is blended out & it has just the right amount of glow/radiance. There is a lot of coverage to this one. There is a slight scent to it like most luxury foundations. My only problem is that it was kinda difficult to shade match in the deep/dark category (I’m a deep neutral girl). The shade I received is a little too light. It matches the center of my face but around the parameter it looks off. I’m going to purchase the next neutral shade to see if the shade is a better match. I suggest going in store with good lighting.
