Such a good essential kit! The applicator is good quality and heavy. The lashes are flexible and not stiff.gives a cat eye effect.

Easy to use

I never really wear false lashes, so I was honestly nervous to try these—but the Sephora Collection Essentials Lashes Starter Kit made it so easy. It comes with everything you need: lashes, glue, and an applicator, which helped a lot as a beginner. The band isn’t too thick, so it blends nicely and doesn’t feel heavy on my eyes. They gave me a subtle, pretty boost without looking overdone. The applicator made placement way less intimidating, and I didn’t struggle like I expected to. They stayed put and were comfortable enough to forget I had them on. Perfect starter kit if you’re lash-curious but not a pro.

Essentials lashes starter kit

I almost never wear false lashes because it’s usually a whole struggle 😩 They lift, they slide, and somehow I’m fighting with glue for 20 minutes just to have them pop off two hours later. But this kit? Total game changer. The lashes felt soft and lightweight right away, and they were the perfect length for my eyes — no trimming needed (which never happens for me). They’re naturally wispy and just give that effortless glam look without being too dramatic. The applicator made it sooo much easier to place them exactly where I wanted, and the glue? Amazing! One thin line along the band, it dried fast, didn’t clump, and stayed put ALL night. No lifting, no reapplying, no irritation. If you’re a beginner or just tired of the lash struggle, this kit makes it quick, easy, and actually fun. I’d 100% grab a full set next time! Easy Kit for those new to Fake Lashes!

I am totally new to the fake eyelashes scene, but this set honestly put a lot of my worries to rest. It comes with everything you need to start out, and the tweezers were actually pretty helpful when applying. Lash glue is also provided, which was handy bc it would be a pain to buy that separately. I received this product in exchange for an honest review.

Great for beginners!

I’ve tried doing lash strips and clusters before and never really got them on right. I decided to give this set a try in exchange for my honest review. Like all beginners, it did take me a few tries to get the lashes to stick on my eyes in the correct spot for me. The applicator that came with this pack is by far the easiest applicator I’ve used and I love that it’s a sturdy metal so I can use it with any other lashes I get for a while! The lashes themselves look natural and pretty for falsies. I loved the look of them on my eyes and felt that it really made them pop without looking like I had a ton of fake lashes on. The glue itself was easy to use and lasted me all day at work. They were easy to take off with just my hands at the end of the day. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better kit! Highly recommend!

This review was collected as part of an educational promotion. I don’t normally wear false lashes at all, so I definitely struggled a bit putting these on — but that’s 100% on me, not the lashes. Once I finally got them on though… wow. They actually looked really good and not over the top. I did have to trim them a little to fit my eyes, then I put the glue on and waited a bit for it to get tacky before placing them along my natural lash line and pressing them on. That part took me a few tries lol. Once they were on, I loved how they looked. They felt comfortable and made my eyes look more put together without looking crazy or fake. For someone who’s basically a falsies beginner, I was impressed. I’d definitely recommend these, especially if you’re just starting out like me.

I like to use mascara on special occasions, like going to a restaurant, to make my eyes stand out. Before using false eyelashes, start practicing at home like I do, because when you use them for real, it will be easy. Alternative Method: Try individual or cluster lashes for a more natural look and easier, customizable application.  Watch tutorials on YouTube from makeup artists and influencers. I liked these eyelashes; they look like doll eyelashes and would be beautiful to wear during the day. Key Steps for Application Preparation: Curl your natural lashes and apply mascara to help blend them with the falsies. Measure & Trim: Place the lash against your eyelid to check the length, trimming from the outer edge if necessary. Glue Application: Apply a thin layer of adhesive along the band, adding extra to the ends to prevent lifting. Placement: Look down into a mirror, placing the middle of the strip first, then pressing the inner and outer corners into place Secure: Gently press the false lashes against your natural lashes to blend them, using a lash applicator or fingers. 

I love it

This lash kit is very complete and perfect for all skill levels, even for beginners. It's super easy to apply and the lash quality is excellent. I tested them for several days and the glue has great hold — I didn't have any lashes falling off or needing touch-ups. All the tools included, especially the tweezers, are totally worth it and make the application much easier. They look very natural while still enhancing the eyes beautifully. You can clearly see the big difference with and without lashes in the photo. This product was gifted to me to test and share my honest opinion, and I definitely recommend it.

Really nice starter kit if you’re new to false lashes) The lashes look natural and not too dramatic. The holds well and didn’t irritate my eyes. I also love that everything is included, so it’s super beginner friendly😍 Easy to apply, comfoyo wear)

Pretty but hardish to apply

I am a complete beginner with lashes. These were difficult for me to figure out and apply. The tweezers were chunky. I feel like it would've been easier if the were thinner. The lashes themselves are super pretty. They are a little dramatic with being my first set but I think I'll get used to them. The glue was easy to work with and dried quickly.
