Impeccable Blurring Second Skin Matte Foundation - Fond de Teint

Full coverage and oily skin friendly

A solid foundation, don’t get me wrong, maybe I’m just not that into the full coverage, super matte look anymore, but i felt this really put my pores on display. I am a 35yo woman, so maybe this just isn’t the one for me. It does look beautiful in photos, buildable coverage and perfect for oily skin. It was super easy to remove too. My shade was a bit too yellow in my opinion, but very close match!

Wrong shade but love it!

Starting off this review with saying that when I chose the product, I chose the wrong shade so it’s a tad bit too dark for me. Other than that, I really like this foundation! It blends so easily, and feels so light on my skin! It also looks amazing!

Filter like

Love this product and how long lasting it is. With that being said it is very hard to get off if you put too much on. Makes my skin look like i have a filter on which I love

Such a good foundation!

I am typically picky with my foundations as I get worried they will look cakey… but this one is great! I will say if you touch your face it WILL transfer some, but it truly does a great job at blurring and blending in. It lasted my entire 12 hour night shift and I have oily skin so thats saying something!

Good product

Product works very well and is long lasting. I accidentally ordered the wrong shade but could still use it as a contour. Easy and cute packaging. Easy to blend and remove from skin

Goes on smooth and very buildable coverage.

I like this foundation. It goes on very smooth and has a nice build-ability to it. It covers my redness well. It has a nice longevity for the day as well. The color is nice and it definitely blurs the imperfections on your skin. Doesn’t leave any patchiness either.

The formula is very good and the lasting power is

Honestly, I really liked the formula; it has a lightweight texture and spreads easily on the skin, giving a soft, matte finish. I think I chose a shade that's not right for my skin tone.So I had to use it as contouring on my face, and I found that it stayed put well throughout the day and didn't easily come off.I will definitely get a lighter shade to suit my skin tone because I really liked both the feel and the texture of this one.

Silky but a bit too dark

Love this but it was a bit too dark for me! I attempted to use it as contour, and this is my final result. It blended in, but did leave a stain finish upon removal. It’s very waterproof.

Lightweight

This foundation feels very lightweight on the skin and truly creates a smooth, soft-focus effect. The coverage is medium, but it can be layered without the risk of looking mask like. I only tested it on my hand, as I received the darkest available shade- which is a complete mismatch for my skin tone. I was very disappointed.

It’s a No from me

I really wanted to love this foundation. Anastasia is known for developing holy grail beauty products so i figured this would be no different…wrong. The experience of receiving this voxbox was as disappointing as the foundation. Upon opening it, there was literature that stated a brush was included. Not a single brush was in the box. Strike 1. The color they selected for me was N000. Literal Casper the ghost shade. I’m melanin lacking and haven’t fake tanned in a while but girl the color made me look sickly. Strike 2. The formulation is so thick that it makes it really hard to apply thin layers to build up. It applies extremely patchy with a brush and sponge while clinging to blemishes and dry patches. It’s all or nothing. You have to use a this layer. Admittedly, it applies a little better when you apply it thick with a spatula but that thick layer highlights your pores and scarring…everything you’re trying to hide with a full coverage foundation. Strike 3. I’ll try this again come winter and update my review then but as it currently stands, i do not like this formula for myself or the triple digit summer weather my state is currently experiencing. Great coverage!

This foundation has the greatest coverage I have seen! The blurring effect is spot on. I love the lightweight of the product. It applies great and looks awesome with not making your lines in your face stand out. Absolutely would recommend this foundation!
