The Smell??!

How is no one talking about the strong perfume smell. I poured it in to my hand and hesitated to put it in my hair, I should have went with my instincts. I like nice clean smelling products, this is not that. This smells like that one elder family member's perfume, the one you hold your breath to hug. It gave me the biggest migraine, I had to wash my hair after and even used a hair mask to try and get this odor out of my hair. My own hair was giving me a headache all day. Im glad it was only a sample size.

the only thing that tames my frizz

i don’t know how people are hating on this honestly 😭 this is the only thing i’ve ever tried that gets rid of my frizz!!! i have wavy coarse strands of hair. i’ve never tried a rinse out gloss before so im interested to see how this compares to Amika or the others but a leave in conditioner could never do what this does! i’m using a sample but may have to buy the full size because my hair looks so much better when using this.

Leaves my hair feeling so soft

This is hands down the best thing I’ve used on my hair. I apply once every 3-4 weeks. My hair is very dry but even after a blow dry I don’t need to use additional oil. Follow the instructions, don’t use more than recommended. The bottle will last ages.

Made hair oily

Hair was very hydrated and shiny however it made it a bit oily.

Big, greasy disappontment

I have tried using this product 4-5 times over the course of a few months. Every time I try it, it seems to leave my hair greasier looking than the last time. I thought maybe I wasn't rinsing it out well enough or using too much of it, but no matter what I do, it leaves my hair looking like I haven't washed it in weeks. This is not a cheap product, so it's a real disappointment to have to throw it out after only using a small amount of the bottle.

Made hair disgustingly greasy looking (the ends) and does not smell nice. I used the recommend amount. Many Ouai products are great, this is not one of them.

Left my hair greasy and dull!

I have fine, porous hair, and this left my hair feeling greasy and dull. I’m a big fan of OUAI, but this product is definitely not for my hair type. Tried it twice, following instructions. Same unpleasant result each time. I received this as a sample; won’t be purchasing.

Franchement horrible. Rien de positif à dire sur ce produit. Il rends les cheveux extrêmement gras, même en les séchant on dirait que je les ai pas lavé depuis des mois (effet gras mouillé dégueulasse). Bref, très déçue de la marque 👎🏻

Terrible and greasy!

This is the worst thing I’ve ever put on my hair! It felt greasy and stringy and like straw. Would never use again. I had to wash it like 4 times to get the greasy feeling out! Terrible product.
