I LOVE gold expressive and thought this would be even better with the saffron notes. When I first got the perfume I thought it was way too heavy on the patchouli, but I’ve never gotten as many compliments as wearing this. I’m not a huge fan but the boys are!

The oakmoss extract makes it smell very nauseating and kinda like BO. It wasn’t stating it anywhere thats it aquatic i was expecting sweet and gourmand

Smokey, sweet.

It smells like stepping into a bookstore. Slightly Smokey / sweet. I like the other gold scent a little more but both are great!

So disappointed

I'm so in love with Gold expressive but it doesn't last longer than an hour. I got this thinking "it can't be THAT far from the one I love and surely it'll last longer." I was so wrong. It's got this sharp bite to it and there aren't even the same vibes. I don't know how they can even put the name "Gold" on this. It only gets 2 stars because it does last longer than expressive. I just can't get over the scent.

Complex

This scent is just too complex for me. It made me a little nauseous wearing it. Now I can't even smell the bottle without wretching a little.

If you like Gold+Expressive you will not like this

Why does Gold+Bold smell completely different than Gold Expressive? I bought the Commodity Scent Space Edit.(because I love Milk Expressive) The set included Gold Expressive, which smells amazing! The only problem was that the scent didn't last long at all, and I had to use several sprays for anyone else to smell it, and reapply it a couple times a day. I thought Gold +Bold would be the same scent but more concentrated or intense. They smell completely different from one another! I wore Gold+Bold once, and sprayed it in the air the next day, hoping I would like it. I will never spray it again. It has a slightly moldy smell blended with a watered down version of an old men's cologne or aftershave.

Solid Fragrance

I had the Commodity Gold and loved it. I really wanted to try this one as well to see if it was in fact stronger. It definitely met my expectations and I would highly recommend

Compliment magnet

Got the commodity discovery set a few months ago and I loved Velvet and Gold and a few weeks ago i finally had the chance to buy this one, the scent is perfect, lasts a long time on my skin and it's a compliment magnet.

A fun twist on the original

Love this new, updated version that plays off the original Gold. It is deeper in scent and a bit more “masculine,” but I love it. The Bold scent for sure can be smelled by those around you so if you want a more personal scent look toward the regular Gold or Gold-.
