I’ve been wearing Givenchy Gentleman Society Sport for a few weeks now, and it’s a fantastic addition to the line. The aroma opens with a sharp, refreshing burst of peppermint and sage that feels very "active," but it quickly evolves into something much more sophisticated. During the drydown, the vetiver and cedarwood really take over, giving it a clean, woody base that feels upscale rather than just a basic gym scent. It’s perfect for the spring and summer season or for daily office wear. Overall, the experience is great—it has solid longevity for a sport fragrance and feels both energetic and refined.

Fresh, clean, and polished all-rounder scent

I liked the Gentleman Society Sport Eau de Parfum more than I expected! It opens fresh and clean, with a the citrus quartet and lavender, giving that bright sporty kick, but it does not stay flat or generic. Once it settles, I get more of the vetiver and daffodil, then the cedarwood and vanilla smooth out in the drydown. The intensity feels just right for me, noticeable without being too much, and that is what makes it easy to wear. It comes across polished, masculine, and versatile so I wear it for work and for more casual occasions.

A Lighter, Sportier Side of Gentleman Society

I received this product from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. As someone who’s already a big fan of the Gentleman Society line, I was excited to try this new Sport version. While still a flanker from this line, it takes on a more playful direction compared to the others in the collection while still remaining classy and refined. It opens with a bright citrus blend paired with lavender, which gives it an immediate fresh and clean feel without being too sharp. As it begins to settle, the heart notes of daffodil and vetiver come through, bringing more character as the fragrance blends soft florals with slightly earthy undertones. In the dry down, cedarwood and vanilla develop to add warmth and softness that balances the earlier freshness. The woody base keeps the fragrance grounded and masculine, while the vanilla adds just a touch of smoothness to round everything out without turning overly sweet. While not officially listed, there’s also a noticeable green, slightly herbaceous quality that stands out and adds an extra layer of character. As a whole, this fragrance gives me a bit of a nostalgic vibe, as it’s reminiscent of early 2000s men’s fragrances, but with a smoother, warmer, and more modern refinement. Overall, Gentleman Society Sport strikes a really nice balance between fresh, clean, warm, and masculine. It feels very versatile and easy to wear, making it perfect for casual wear or going out, especially in the spring and summer months. Performance is also impressive, with strong sillage that makes its presence known without being overwhelming, and it lasts throughout the day on my skin and clothes. Compared to the other flankers, this one leans more on the fresh and energetic side, which makes it a great option if you want something lighter while keeping that signature Gentleman Society sophistication.

Society goes to the 90s

Givenchy dared to traverse the world of old school classics with this fragrance, and yet still provided the modern vanilla twist characteristic of its Society lineup. It's bottle fits the theme quite well. It opens with a blast of sparkling citruses and immediately you can feel the vetiver permeate. It dries to a woody-vanillic base like it's predecessors and maintains good performance for a freshie (4 hours). It reminded me of a sweeter/society spin of Terre d'Hermes Eau Intense Vetiver. I imagine this will be popular for office use or the summer days ahead. A note for buyers, this is quite different than the original gentleman so definitely sample!

Citrus woody floral Energetic Fragrance

Opening of the fragrance is the blast of lemon and floral and I detect kind of neroli note too which is very prominent in the opening. It is definitely an energetic sporty fragrance suitable only for summer. I don’t see myself wearing it in winter. Lasting is average as my experience all citrus based fragrance have average performance. Overall little unique take in society flanker and recommend it. Overall 7.5/10 A must tty fragrance

Great for daytime or evening

Love this scent, one of my favorite from this line, nice light scent. Spicy but sweet. Perfect for daytime or evening! Always love the packaging from Givenchy.

Fresh Society Flanker

Absolute good fragrance, fresh and refreshing. Good release in the society line. Very similar to Givenchy Gentlemen Cologne with apparent vetiver atleast to my nose. Good lasting and projection considering the fresh and clean fragrance. Good summer fragrance. Overall 8/10, Good fragrance but not groundbreaking.

Crowed pleaser? Yes please!

This to me is a bit of a departure from the Gentleman Society line and it ventures more into its own character. The fragrance is incredibly strong, an absolute powerhouse. Safe for the office or for a day on the town, it is easily wearable and very likeable. The scent to me is an aquatic take on the line that is super heavy on iris. A crowd pleaser and an easy wear.

Interesting fresh twist on the gentleman society but not my favourite from the line. Probably the most versatile and wearable of the line but I’m a fan of darker iris fragrances so prefer the others, but still recommend. Longevity is good and scent overall is enjoyable.
