I love this mascara!!! My eyes stopped running - I barely know I have it on.

Not the right fomula for me

I ordered the fullest volumizing mascara because I preferred fullness to length. It's fine, but at the end of the day, it's hard to remove. I use mascara remover, but prefer mascara that washes off with water

New staple

Favorite clean mascara! I switched from the Lancôme Hypnose and this is great. I do have long lashes so I like it for fullness, formula (doesn’t clump), and the brush shape is perfect.

Bump in the road

I've been using y'all's products for over a year, and have not had a problem. This time, however, the tube feels a little light, and the mascara itself feels old and dry, like when it's time for a replacement. I did reach out about getting a replacement, but haven't heard anything back yet.

Not for bottom lashes

I have tried to use this product but brush bristles too long to do lower lashes without making an absolute mess.

I love this mascara!! It makes my eyelashes so full! Washes off easily and doesn’t flake.

Full and pretty

I love that this product is clean and stays on all day long.

Excellent Mascara

I wish it was truly waterproof, but I do love how this mascara makes me eyelashes look!

Does not have carmine allergen.

I've been searching for a good mascara that doesn't have carmine, which I'm allergic to. This is a good mascara that doesn't irritate my eyes. It's not waterproof and it does smudge a bit after a few hours but I'm not allergic to it so that's great.

Not worth the money

I was looking for a clean mascara but this one is so clumpy and I can’t rely on it for a smooth application every time. Overall, it’s not bad but definitely not worth the cost.

Hard to remove

I really liked Ilia’s other mascara but this one smudges terribly and is nearly impossible to remove. I end up having to rub my eyes quite a bit to get it off which is unideal.

Still works after months

At first, I loved my Jones Road mascara, but after 3 months, each tube started to clump and flake. So I tried Ilia’s. Ilia’s brush works even better, plus it’s been several months, and—except for a couple of infinitesimal flakes that occasionally fall off the brush during application—it performs flawlessly.
