The container wasn't filled completely and had turned from a crème to a lotion. It was so runny that I spilled some of it on my jeans, upon opening, BUT it smelled divine. The jar is too large and heavy. At least the jar was made of glass and not plastic. I was very disappointed with the lack of quality control. Also, this could have been an old product, since it was like a thin body lotion, instead of a crème.

Love the scent, hate the packaging

Agree with the other reviewers. Love the scent - I think it smells better than the perfume. I use it the lotion in the morning and only carry the rollerball for a little touchup late in the afternoon. It also makes my skin feel silky smooth which is great - perfumed lotions I usually just wear for the perfumed scent but this one really does the job of a nice lotion. I really love it. Now, the packaging - I also agree with reviewers, hate it. Visually it's elegant looking, but it's cheaply executed and nonfunctional. The base is a nice heavy ceramic, but the top is cheap plastic. It came to me already broken - the inside plastic piece was unglued from the top piece of plastic. So every time I use it I just have to kind of lay the lid on top and not screw it on. It's pretty dreadful. For that kind of money they should make the whole thing out of ceramic or just make it a little cheaper and put it in a tube. Then at least I could take it on vacation with me. Five stars for the lotion, zero for the packaging.

Nice scent, terrible packaging

5 stars for the product, 1 star for the packaging. It's a huge square with a smaller round plastic container inside that keeps coming out every time I open it. Plus the top is flimsy plastic like Tupperware. It takes up a huge amount of space on my counter. It would have been much better in a container like Jimmy Choo Flash. I actually took it all out and put it in a plastic bottle with a squirt top. It was so bad, I had to write this long review about how ridiculous it was. The cream, however is very nice and strongly scented. A little goes a long way.

Love the scent, hate the packaging

NR for her EDT is one of my favorite scents. For winter, I thought I'd indulge in buying the cream. As one reviewer has already noted, the scent lasts just as long as - if not longer than - the perfume. However, the packaging is ridiculous. The bottle is heavy, heavy, heavy - yet, the cream is contained in a dinky, cheap plastic container that barely fits within the bottle. The plastic inner container also easily pulls away/out of the bottle when the bottle is uncapped, and more so when dipping into the cream with the slightest of touch. Truly irritating... So, every time I use the product, I enjoy it less and less because of my irritation. Did I mention how heavy the bottle is?! I don't mind heavy bottles, but the bottle's weight is so incredibly disproportionate to the cheap plastic container that actually contains the cream. Anyway, the package detracts so much from the product that I know for sure I will not be repurchasing. Ever. The scent gets 5 stars; the packaging barely gets 1 star, and that's only because it exists. This averages to a 3 star product.

I have been looking for a scent to replace my empty tube of Lovely (SJP) soft body lotion and I've found it! It smells very similar. I love the soft subtleness of it. I also purchased the EDT in the roller ball which is equally as nice. Perfect scent for fall and winter!

I do like it...BUT

For such a high price tag you'd think the packaging would be better. Other than that the lotion itself is great. It leaves a good scent that isn't overpowering and subtly strong. Love. It.
