What is wrong with the texture - too watery

I only use Kerastase products as I love them, the shampoo, the conditioner but my goodness, what is up with the Curl Manifesto Mask? Far far too watery. I was willing to ignore the consistency but it’s not possible to use it as in the videos. It’s too difficult to get out of the container as the mask is so ‘liquidy’. It’s a very expensive product and this texture is not fit for purpose and has annoyed me so much I feel I need to let the company know that there is an issue here.

Best mask for fine, curly and low porosity hair!

I got this as a sample for my birthday and it has worked wonders on my 2a/2b curls. I have fine, low porosity hair that feels way too heavy with protein, keratin, silicones or heavy products, and the Manuka honey is great at actually moisturizing my hair without making it feel too heavy (iykyk). Definitely adds some curl definition. Start with a little bit and add more if you need it. There are probably products that work almost the same for cheaper, but if you can afford it, it's definitely worth the splurge! Anyone giving bad reviews for this or saying it doesn't work doesn't have the right hair porosity, since this formula is meant for low porosity hair. if you have high porosity hair, please don't buy this line because it will dry out your hair. look into other masks that are correct for your hair porosity because this is how you ruin your hair. this brand is really good so don't go dismissing it if one product doesn't work for you.

Not for me

I didn't love it at all. It was too soupy to manage, I could see why some might like the smell but I am not one of them...and it left my hair heavy. I returned and went back to my original mask in this line.

Holy grail!

This stuff is amazing! My curls are 2b/2c and my hair is long, thick and highlighted, and it's always frizzy. I've been using this twice a week for a few weeks and it's astonishing how well it works. My hair is shiny, my curls are soft and defined, the frizz is GONE and I don't get knots when I put in my after wash curl products. It's worth every penny. And surprisingly I don't have to put gobs of it on to get the results. yay!

For anyone who loves hydration

Although I'm not the correct candidate for this hair mask as I have type 1a hair that is fine and medium density, for occasional use when my hair needs some tlc, this masque is phenomenal. It's quickly become one of my favourite Kerastase products as it's the most nourishing mask and I know it's doing wonders for my tresses. The fragrance is really beautiful, floral with yummy fruity notes. Luxurious, buttery texture. Out of all hair masks, this is the best detangler I've ever used, so this can definitely benefit long hair prone to tangling as well as curls. Wish I had incorporated this into my routine sooner. 10/10 product. Use quite sparingly (but this is great as it'll last ages).

so moisturizing and defining

i got this in the birthday gift set and used it as a conditioner, and i’m entirely obsessed. my hair is wavy and has never looked to smooth and defined. since it’s technically a mask, it’s super rich and i only had to use a tiny bit for my hair that goes 5-6 inches past my waist.
