Dry and frizzy yet also oily and greasy?

Love the scent, but this somehow managed to make my hair both dry and greasy. I tried it for over 3 weeks, and this is what happened with every use: Immediately after getting out of the shower, my scalp was dry and flaky. Once my hair was air dried, it was noticeably more dry and frizzy than normal (I have never struggled with dry frizzy hair). Within a few hours, my hair began to get oily/greasy, and within 12 hours my face framing pieces were stringy. Within 18-ish hours, my roots were extremely oily and greasy. I stopped use last night and immediately noticed an improvement in my scalp/hair health.

Moisturizes + maintains hair color

Got it for my mom, she’s usually picky but she likes it a lot!

I used this shampoo at my hairstylist’s and it smells amazing and worked well, however, when i brought it and used it myself, the results are not the same. the smell is too strong and my hair falls out rigghtafter

Didn't work out for me

I have medium, color treated hair which had become very dry and frizzy after coloring so I was on the lookout for a good shampoo that would bring back life to my hair. This cleans your hair with one wash but it made my hair more dry and frizzy and didn't really help with the health of my hair. Heard so much good things about this brand so was disappointed when I didn't find any results for me.

Made my hair fall out in chunks. Left it nice and shiny, but at what cost. Took me a year to grow it back after switching to another professional brand.

Best shampoo for dry and color-treated hair type

I’m in love with this one!!! I’ve used this before and ordered again. It makes my hair so hydrated. Also this helps me to control my hair fall too. I strongly recommend this shampoo if you’ve dry and frizzy hair

An absolute NO!

Run from the shampoo and conditioner! This has ruined my scalp and made it dry, itchy and flaky. And I normally do not react to any shampoo like this. I did think maybe it was just a glitch so I gave it another two tries. But no, reaction stays the same. Absolute worst shampoo I’ve ever tried.

Possibly not worth the price tag

Yes this is nice, it lay lathers well. However my hair was left sticky. I had to wash it a further three times. Not sure what went wrong maybe not the shampoo fault but still not worth the price. The glow matrix was infinitely better and cheaper too

Obsessed with this

I’m OBSESSED with the scent of this! From the first use my hair has felt healthier and shinier. I’ve been losing hair due to being 5 month post partum and this is the only shampoo/conditioner combo that’s helped slow the process. Can’t wait to see how the next few months go!

Damages your hair

Made my hair dry. I was using the other line that is discontinued. Do not buy this

This shampoo is awesome! So isn't the conditioner! Kerastase hair products are expensive but so worth keeping hair healthy and beautiful

Avoid! Make hair feel so greasy!

Usually love this brand. Tried this range for the first time and won’t be using it again. My hair felt cleaner before I washed it. Makes roots so, so greasy. Huge waste of money, and to be honest has put me off using the brand again. Only positive is it smells nice, other than that, awful product. Wish if listened to the precious reviews all saying the same.
