Shady marketing practice

The product used to be quite good, but I hate that the brand now makes me play chemist by mixing the ingredients. Some powder always remains stuck in the tube which means I may not get the desired concentration. At this price point the solution should really be ready to use right out of the box. This method obviously is done for profit - it extends shelf life as there’s no evidence of oxidation (yellowing of the serum) but that means I may end up with older serum and not know it. Shady practice and I won’t be purchasing this brand ever again

A skin brightening serum

I have been using this Firma fresh serum for the past week. I have combination skin that gets dull, especially during the colder months, i found that using this serum on a daily basis has given my skin a brighter complexion. It isn't greasy or oily, and absorbs well into my skin. I like that you mix it yourself so that it's fresh from the first use. There is 1 pack for the liquid and another that has powder in it. It is easy to mix the 2 together as there are instructions which you csn scan the QR code. It does bubble when you mix it, but this is expected. It contains ferulic acid and L-ascorbic acid which have been fine on my skin. It isn't too thick and keeps my skin well hydrated throughout the day. I have noticed my dark marks are starting to fade.

This really works for acne scars

I have been using this product since December and this is the only serum that has actually started clearing up my acne scars. Now I will say the consistency of this serum is almost sticky. But I use it at night and will fall asleep with it on. it says

I tried the C-Firma Fresh Day Serum from Drunk Elephant, and unfortunately it did not work for my skin at all. Within a short time of using it, I experienced significant breakouts and irritation. My skin became inflamed and textured, and I eventually had to see a dermatologist to calm everything down. I know Vitamin C works for many people, but if you have sensitive or acne-prone skin like me, I would recommend patch testing first. Sadly, this was not a good fit for my skin.

straight forward and easy to use

The product was very easy to mix and straight forward with the instructions I haven't been using it so long so I cannot attest to it making any difference in my skin but with continued use I'm sure it will make a difference

lightweight and fast absorption!

The serum is very lightweight and absorbs fast which is good. It also didn’t leave my face feeling too greasy, yet was subtly hydrating. I will say I only used a sample size so I can’t speak on brightening effects as I think I would see that after long term use. Overall great first impression.

Brightened my face and acne scars!

After using this product for the past two weeks, I can confidently say that it has helped brighten my face tremendously! It has also helped reduce the darkness of my acne scars, which I’m so happy about. I 100% recommend it!

Great fresh concept and evened tone

I loved the new approach of mixing the serum once we get it! There’s a note inside the packaging that explains how it keeps ingredients fresher longer than if it were mixed before shipping (especially globally)! It was easy to mix and use after, no leaks and no issues. I noticed my acne scars starting to lighten up by the second day! I’m still breaking out, but this had helped even out the older breakouts. The scent is strong, but it’s not a huge issue for me.

This is in such a small bottle I was worried I wouldn’t be able to work with it but it works amazing! I am easily able to spread it around my face and it leaves a tacky feeling once dried it also mixes well with other drunk elephant products it does however have a strange smell almost like granola

Sunday Riley’s C.E.O serum has slid easily into my routine. I use it everyday as my dose of antioxidants and use it more for prevention than anything else. It has a slightly creamy texture (which my dry skin drinks right up) that sinks in quickly. I’ve only been using it for about two weeks so not much to report as much as fading goes, but so far, so good.
