Powerful and intense sweet scent

I gave this cologne to my partner to try and he says he would use it for an evening out. This cologne is pleasant smelling. It has an intense, sweet scent. It is a concentrated, stronger scent, so small spritzes go a long way. It may even be a bit too powerful for my personal preference. I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

Great scent for men!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is such a great men’s scent. It’s slightly sweet but definitely woodsy of sorts too. One spray will last multiple days on a jacket or other outerwear. I think the texture on the bottle also makes it easier to hold.

Solid but not unique

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Valentino Uomo Born in Roma Intense is a lovely crowd pleasing men’s fragrance. It definitely has a classic men’s DNA (vanilla and lavender) that is tried and true for year round wear but is especially better in the colder months. It has good performance as well. It lasts all day and the sillage is very nice. The packaging is lux and the glass is heavy. The atomizer is reliable and solid.

Versatile with little projection

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Another hit cologne by Valentino. Starts off intense as the name and then smoothes out. The bottle like most Valentino bottles are good looking. Hot pink color fits the scent. Top notes are vanilla and lavender, I can’t really smell the lavender but the vanilla stands. It’s very versatile, you can wear it out for a date night or even for a work setting. However, I don’t think the projection is very good. That’s where it lacks.

Born in Roma but improved in every way.

The top note of lavender isn’t screechy or cloying, but perfectly present, granting this fragrance its refined allure. The vanilla comes in and blends perfectly with this top note, adding depth and a bit of sweetness. I personally get a similar experience to the original Born in Roma despite the note breakdown being entirely different, most notably a ginger accord found in the original. This is my only gripe with this fragrance; it falls into the Born in Roma DNA almost too much. Ultimately, I prefer this to the original, as it takes each of the best components and refines them into something more captivating and addicting.

Lasts all day

Got the product for free in exchange for my review but my fiancé LOVES this scent! It’s his new favorite perfume of all time! Lasts ALL day but it’s not too overpowering. I love it on him too.

Fresh sweet lavender, easy, versatile, addictive

It opens fresh and sweet with lavender right away, then stays smooth and clean with a hint of vetiver on the dry down, no strong vanilla on me. It smells best in the air and is super versatile for most occasions and seasons, though a bit sweet for peak summer. Simple, easy, and I keep reaching for it. 10/10.

Such an Italian fragrance!!
