I like it, but not as much as I thought I would

The package arrived rather underwhelmingly in a simple Jiffy bag. I actually double checked to make sure I had not ordered from a counterfeit website because my order (several items) was so hastily packed. I also strongly dislike the packaging design - I think NARS’ brand identity really lacks clarity and direction at times, although my makeup collection consists of all NARS products, minus a few eyeliners and lipsticks because I really value their formulas and shade range. I relish opening my sleek foundation bottle and pressed powder compact each morning, but dread when it’s time for my liquid blush. The bright red packaging of this blush doesn’t actually offend me, although it wouldn’t be my first choice, but I HATE the pink heart. I scoured the website to see if there was a way to buy this exact blush without the special occasion packaging, or to buy a black and white compact separately, but unfortunately it was not an option. However, I have to say as a white, blonde hair, blue eyed, cool toned girl, I love this blush for a very natural look. I wear Wanderlust underneath to add a little lilac/mauve oomph and then top with Impassioned. The blush itself is very sheer and VERY natural, perhaps a little underwhelmingly so, but it’s so hard to find cool toned blushes on the market that I’ll take it.

Stunning subtle shimmer that lasts!

I absolutely thought this iconic blush was stunning on my skin tone! It's a beautiful blend of peachy pink with gold flecks and the glow that it gave to my makeup look was noticeable and complimented!! I had heard of it (who hasn't?!) but had never tried it. The formula is super smooth and very subtle but buildable. There is no scent and, since it's a powder, no type of residue or tackiness. I am also a musical performer so this was put to a wear test and it absolutely stood up to the Texas heat :). I am blown away. Absolutely worth it for the radiance it gave me and the lasting power of the pigment! Highly recommend :)

Hand down this is my new favorite blush! It's highly pigmented and lasts all day long. The shade "orgasm" is the perfect shade for daily use. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new blush!

Coral-colored blush with some shimmer. Pretty sheer and I generally prefer something more pigmented.

This blush is a hands down best blush. Absolutely worth every penny; blends in well; very beautiful color; plus it has subtle shimmer to it. Gives me healthy summer glow. Absolutely recommended

One of my new favorites!

I received my NARS blush in the color named Orgasm, I tried it on and was instantly in awe. It's a beautiful pink/coral color which fits my complexion perfectly. I put a dab or two on my upper cheekbones up to my temples and a little on my eyelids. It's a beautiful, pigmented, and blends like a dream.

I love the shade! It's such a pretty universal tone of blush. Perfect for everyday! It also has a subtle glow to the finish.

Pretty peach!

This blush is a nice, shimmery peach color that build up as you apply more. I love the fact that you can apply just a bit for a more natural, professional look or build it up until you're glowing!
