Lost It’s Touch

Loved this when I started using it some years ago but I totally agree with one of the reviewer on here, Tonic Bath & shower concentrate is not the same anymore, it’s very light and I didn’t get the Rich foam and aroma that made me fall in love with it. I still have 2 bottles but don’t feel any urge to use it. I also still have the oil which I love and use often due to dry hands (NHS and constant hand washing) the oil helps keep my hands moisturised and I hope it doesn’t change.

New formulation has ruined product

This was the only shower gel I used for decades. But no longer - formula ruined. It does not foam and the addition of horse chestnut, which I am allergic to, makes it unusale.

I first tried this shower gel in a set and now have the full size. The scent is so pleasant and relaxing and the formula gentle. I’m glad Clarins makes a refill option and hope they will consider a larger size.
