Runs off and colour is off

I'm normally a 3.75-4 in Benefit brow products but had to go a 2 warm Blonde because everything else was way too dark. When I put it on, it runs off and smudges in no time. Worst brow product ever.

Parfait

Je trouve super la texture poudre, ça tient la journée. J'ai racheté ce crayon malgré le prix élevé, car les autres crayons sont assez indiscrets (au niveau du pigment) ou ne tiennent pas, tandis que ce crayon il est discret et il tient - j'ai pas besoin de me balader avec pour de retouches ponctuelles et il donne un effet naturel. J'adore

Ne l’acheter pas, il se casse en le taillant, impossible de l’utiliser ! J’espère avoir un remboursement car sinon 32€ à la poubelle ! Très mécontente, on achète sois disant de bon produits pour se retrouver avec ce genre de chose, pour ne pas être vulgaire

Sharpen to bits

The one star is for developing the perfect colour, however, the amount of sharpening needed to be done without breaking a piece is unfathomable. Each time I thought it was sharpened to get a little bit of product to appear all around, the piece snapped off. The durability is for the investment does not match.

Super déçue 😢 Je l’ai acheté il y’a 5 jours, et j’ai voulu le tailler aujourd’hui et mission impossible la mine se casse tout temps Sephora aurait du arrêter de vendre ce produit vu les commentaires ! Et vu le prix, j’espère bien me faire rembourser ou avoir un autre crayon mais d’une autre marque !

Unable to sharpen pencil

I like and use other benefit brow products and I liked this product too. Until you have to sharpen it. When you attempt to sharpen this pencil, you're first able to remove the outside wood but then you encounter the plastic enclosed brown pencil. You cannot sharpen the plastic enclosure off. I used a standard pencil sharpener, a knife and a razor blade. The hard plastic removes but it take the pencil with it. Terrible for the money and a disappointment with benefit's design. I've attached what is left of this pencil after attempting to sharpen. It's almost comical.

J’ai acheté ce crayon et la mine c’est cassée après qqs jours d’utilisation! Depuis elle se casse tout le temps ! A ce prix je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux ! 32€ un crayon qui tient pas ! Même le crayon de couleur avec lequel dessine matin et soir mon enfant tient plus longtemps !

Finally a color and texture that's perfect for me

I'm a natural redhead (copper shade) and its so hard to find a color that works for me. I was using #2 for a while, it just wasn't right but the closest i could get and i tried #3 but it wasn't right either. So here comes 2.5 and its perfect! I like this pencil version better than the automatic ones, it goes on and rakes through the brows effortlessly. Please keep this pencil around and don't change the colors or formula because it really is perfection.

Impossible de tailler le crayon

J'ai acheter ce crayon qui est presque parfait mais impossible de le tailler, entre côté bois et la mine un pellicule en plastique, je le retrouve avec le crayon détruit par un taille-crayon DIOR!!?

Simply the best!

Benefit, PLEASE never ever ever get rid of or discontinue this beloved product unfortunately, I don't have much brow at all. Just a few hairs on each side. When I tell you that I've tried every brow pencil and brow pen- I truly have and NOTHING has ever worked for me quite like this magical pencil this is the ONLY product that makes it look as though I have NATURAL beautiful brows. I've never seen anything else like this magical product in the market. I have ONLY used this beloved volumizing/fiber pencil since I got it when it first released. I love many of your products, but this pencil is by far my most favorite thing from your brand and one of my top HOLY GRAIL products in my day to day routine. I promise to be a customer forever- please never get rid of this magical formula! You truly are such an innovative brand. Love you guys so much!

Pencil does not sharpen

Would not recommend - same issue others have reported with the pencil keeps breaking off. Very frustrating
