Great everyday wear

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I always enjoy the simplicity of Acquas bottles. Being a big fan of the original back in the day I’d say the Elixir is pretty similar. The scent is very strong at first but balances out within the hour. The scent is clean and perfect for everyday wear.

Great bold smell, and super long lasting

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] It smells very classy and very captivating. It’s strong and bold but mellows out after a while. I woke up and still was smelling like Elixir, so it lasts very long. The bottle is great and I love the magnetic cap it makes the experience top tier. The boxes packaging made for a great unboxing experience.

Not impressed

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Acqua di Giò Elixir is closer to a 3.5/5 than a 4. It delivers a crisp aquatic scent with citrus. It’s polished and fresh but fades in 3-4 hours, underwhelming for an elixir. decent pick but was expecting better.

Fresh and intensely sophisticated

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I had the chance to try Armani Acqua di Giò Elixir, and I must say—it’s a standout addition to the Acqua di Giò line. From the first spray, it delivers a bold and sophisticated twist on the classic freshness we’ve come to expect from the series. The scent opens with a burst of citrusy brightness that quickly deepens into woody, spicy undertones. There’s a subtle sweetness balanced by a resinous richness that gives it that “elixir” depth—definitely more intense and long-lasting than the original. It feels modern, sensual, and effortlessly masculine. What I love most is its versatility. It’s fresh enough for daytime but rich enough for an evening out. The performance is impressive—on my skin, it lasted well over 8 hours, leaving a warm, elegant trail. Overall, Acqua di Giò Elixir is a refined, powerful fragrance that blends freshness with depth. A great choice if you’re looking for something timeless yet bold.

Smells good

It has a clean, fresh scent that’s not too overpowering, but still stands out. It feels light and aquatic with a bit of citrus and woodiness, which makes it perfect for everyday wear. I’ve gotten compliments on it, and it just has that timeless, classic vibe. Definitely one of my go-to colognes.

Good but not great

I am very surprised by this scent only because I expected so much more coming from one of my favorite original colognes. The combination is well put together with the top notes being bergamot, mandarin and nutmeg. It's light and citrus like which is followed up by middle notes of violet leaf and water notes. The problem I think stems from the base that punches a leather, pachouli, vetiver, and labdanum combo at the end. It turns from light masculine to heavy too fast for me. Maybe it is my skin type where it smells that way, but I'm stuck with how the leather stands out too much. Good but not overall great for me.

Total staple!!

Acqua di Giò Elixir is a fresh, versatile scent that delivers on projection and longevity. It walks the line between classic and contemporary—definitely has that nostalgic “mall cologne” vibe in the best way, but with a more refined finish. It is strong without being overpowering, making it great for both day and night wear. The bottle feels high quality and well-weighted—though I wish the design pushed the creative envelope a bit more. Still, it’s a solid addition to any rotation, especially if you’re after something reliable, clean, and attention-grabbing. A crowd-pleaser with staying power.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This new product from the ADG line was given to me as a free sample, and I really liked it! It’s similar to the original ADG but definitely more intense. I thought it was a bit more citrusy as well. It sprayed nicely, and a couple of sprays remained smelling strong throughout the entire day at the office. I do think it’s a bit too strong for me to wear each day, so I’ll probably save it for special occasions on nights and weekends. Overall a good product, although at the price point I would hesitate to recommend over the original.

Strong young scent

The bottle is very nice with a strong magnetic cap and great projection. The scent has a medium strength. Scent wise, it’s not the best but it’s not bad, has more of a young feel to it. Value for cost is above average.

Specially tailored just for me!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] From the days of my early teenage years, ever since I started using cologne, I've always been a fan of the original Acqua Di Gio fragrance. When one bottle ran out, I was quick to replace it with another of the exact same. Fast forward many years later, when it was time for me to once again re-up, I thought to myself, with all of the different fragrances that they have, why have I not tried any of their others? So that's exactly what I did. I went with their newest arrival, the Acqua Di Gio Elixir. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made because I actually like this better than the original! How that is even possible, I don't know, but what I do know is that this Elixir mix absolutely blew my mind the first time I got a whiff of it and I've been addicted ever since. Without even knowing it, this was exactly what I've been looking for. This was exactly what I've been missing out on. This was exactly what I was hoping for. Somehow, some way, specially tailored to suit me personal tastes. 100% spot on. An exact match for me. I might switch it up with the original every once in a while, but the Elixir will be my daily to go to cologne from here on out.

Great smelling cologne!

Not my favorite scent but it still is super nice. The packaging is awesome with the magnetic cap to go back on! Would recommend as a day scent and it is more of a minty Smokey complex.
