Fades sun spots and dermatofibromas

This is the only vitamin C product that works on my sun spots and dermatofibromas! I tried most other Ordinary vitamin C products in order of strength, none of the others worked for me. Yes, it's grainy. Yes it even stings a little sometimes. It's definitely not for sensitive skin and you should definitely spot test. But it works GREAT for my skin type. I slather this stuff on morning and night followed by the Alpha Arbutin 2% and non-Ordinary moisturizer with sunscreen and it faded my most recent dermatofibroma in 6 months. It's also improved my redness (kind of a "ruddy" look) and sun spots. Skin looks so good I no longer wear foundation. I LOVE IT.

Pas convaincue

Le problème c'est qu'on ne peut l'utiliser ni avec les peptides, ni la niacinamide ni les retinoides, 3 composants nécessaires a toutes routines anti-age. Du coup on l'utilise quand???

Résultats prodigieux.

L'avant/après de cette crème est proprement stupéfiant. J'avais des problèmes d'acnée au niveau des oreilles et dans le cou, des tailles sombres sur les joues : les poussées d'acnée ont quasiment intégralement disparu très vite après l'incorporation à ma routine (matin Vitame C + crème hydratante SPF50 / soir Retinol 0,5% + crème hydratante). Avec un peu de temps ce sont mes tâches brunes qui s'estompent. Pareil sur les points noirs qui n'existent presque plus, franchement je ne m'attendais pas à tant Je ne mets jamais de Vitamine C sur mon contour des yeux ou de lèvres, je trouve le picotement de la crème très supportable personnellement

I am one of the unlucky people for whom this product did not work. It may have eventually made my skin brighter, etc., but I gave it up because I could not stand the stinging when I put it on my skin - nor did I like the way it looked like I had lint on my face (which was, I assume, the product rubbing off my skin). Disappointing, because I really like a lot of the other skin care products.

Je ne recommande pas

J'ai acheté ce produit en ayant lu une majorité de commentaires négatifs, mais j'ai voulu me faire mon propre avis. La texture est vraiment désagréable, je n'ai pas eu de réaction allergique mais effectivement on dirait une crème avec du sable, et c'est au final assez irritant. Un peu comme si on exfoliait sa peau tous les jours... En terme de résultats, je n'en ai vu aucun, je continue à utiliser le produit jusqu'au bout parce que je l'ai payé et qu'il n'a pas d'effet négatif mais je ne vois pas ce qu'il apporte à ma peau, rien à changé même après plusieurs semaines d'utilisation. Je ne recommande vraiment pas et c'est la première fois que je dis ça pour un produit de la marque. Je ne recommande vraiment

Different strokes for different folks

It has a prickly sensation. Not sure if that’s meant to happen but that was uncomfortable. Also, it doesn’t layer properly kept clumping on the surface. But hey that’s just my experience, maybe suitable for another skin type.

Works great, smells horribly. Priced great

I like the way my skin looks after using it but the texture, and more importantly the smell, is hard to move past. I don’t have sensitive skin and I avoided the eye area as instructed so some of the complaints on here are invalid. I’d recommend using at night (again, as suggested in the instructions) to move past the texture and really awful smell. Price is amazing for what you get.

Not for me

I buy many products from the The Ordinary on repeat, but this wont be one of them. I wish I had read the online description before I purchased in-store. The texture is grainy and very greasy on the skin which left me shiny all day.

Amazing don’t listen to bad reviews

This is the best lotion I’ve ever used- don’t listen to the bad reviews it’s because they don’t know how to use this. This is one of the strongest vit c concentrations and it can 1000% irritate. You need to treat it like retinol. It’s grainy but it’s becuse the high concentration. The best way to use it is st add t once a week, if you have time leave it on for about an hour (after that it loses potency) then wash off and do you normal routine. I’ve seen such dramatic change in the brilliance of my skin I’m much more even tone too. I swear I see a huge difference in my face- younger more youthful and even toned like I’m towing. Right now I’m using it 2-4 times a week but it’s because I worked up to it. What I do is vit c, wash off after an hour. Argeline, caffeine ecgc and azelic acid and natural factors (all ordinary)) this is all you need. Sorry for spelling but on iPhone it won’t let me scroll down to see what I’m actually writing.
