Not a good fragrance, very generic and basic, I personally would not recommend or purchase this particular fragrance as there are many others in the same product line that do better.

Le Beau is a pretty interesting fragrance. It's got this coconut vibe going on, which is super inviting and fresh. The bergamot adds a nice citrusy kick, and the tonka bean gives it a warm, sweet base. It's a bit like a tropical vacation in a bottle. Overall, it's a fun, easy-to-wear scent that's perfect for warmer weather.

Upon first smelling the fragrance, one can detect a burst of bergamot—an initial bright, citrusy fresh note—which becomes more settled within moments as it melts into the creamy, exotic coconut wood heart. In terms of performance, Le Beau EDT boasts decent projection for the first few hours before it settles closer to the skin but remains there for a solid 8 hours. This is excellent wearable time, especially for an eau de toilette, and more than sufficient for a summer excursion or intimate evening. In terms of versatility, however, Le Beau EDT is best worn in warm spring and summer months when its tropical disposition can shine. It works well for casual wear—daytime trips to the beach or afternoon rendezvous—and while it can be worn at night, I would not recommend it for cold evenings or formal settings as it may clash. In terms of price point performance, Le Beau EDT fares decently as it is mid-range for the designer class and offers decent value when it comes to projection, longevity, and compliment factor. Therefore, those interested in a vibrant, feel-good scent that's perfect for summer and garnering attention should look no further than Le Beau EDT. Packaging was also great might I ask and came very quickly.

Too good of a smell

I love this cologne. The smell is so good it is irresistible. So far it’s my favourite fresh masculine scent, I wish I had the whole bottle. I love everything about this cologne expect the longevity. It is pretty good for the first half hour then it starts fading. It is a crazy good smell but it disappears after a short amount of time. I got this free from Influenster.

I recently received a sample size of Le Beau by Jean Paul Gaultier from Influenster, and here are my thoughts after trying it out. This is a woody aromatic scent for men that definitely makes a bold impression. That said, I wouldn’t recommend it for more low-key or everyday casual events — it feels a bit too “dressed up” for that. It’s more of a fragrance you wear when you're in the mood to enjoy and be noticed. Overall, a great choice if you're into stylish, confident scents with a woody twist.

Too strong and sweet for me

This one didnt do it for me. Was a bit too harsh for my preference and a little too sweet. Very strong and lasts awhile but I would first go try this out and see if it fits your scent.

Fresh, clean scent that could last a bit longer

I was given a sample of this cologne to provide a review, and I have to say, it is a really nice scent. It’s a clean, slightly woodsy scent that I found fresh, and my wife really liked as well. The sample I received was a 1.5ml spray bottle, but I have another Jean Paul Gautier cologne in the torso shaped bottle and it is very well made and stylish on the countertop. The only issue I have is that it seemed to dissipate faster than other colognes I’ve tried, but not too badly.

This is a great fresh summer fragrance with good performance. Similar to others that I have tried from Jean Paul Gaultter but with a hint of coconut.
