New Formula is Awful! Irritates & Burns My Eyes!

I have used this product for several years and it was the absolute best. I loved it! However, it is evident that they changed the formula because it is not the same whatsoever! This new formula irritates and burns my eyelid and surrounding skin so badly! I tried using it several days, thinking it would go away, but it only got worse. I can’t use this product anymore. Also, it used to mix so well and now it does not no matter how much you shake it. The new formula is very greasy as well. It does not remove makeup as easily as the old formula either. Please go back to the old formula! I use over 20 Clarins products and love all of them. But if they keep changing formulas like this, I’m going to switch skin care lines.

Why did you have to change something that worked! Why not bring out a new product instead of changing the existing product? I have used your instant eye make up remover for years. Today I bought what I thought was the original product. The ladies at the shop reassured me and said it was only a packaging change but it was the same product. I now see its new. It has a perfumed smell. Oily feel. And it burns my skin. Very disappointed that I bought this as I cannot use it. Total waste. And yes I have tried the gentle eye make up remover and it burns my skin. That’s why I used the instant as it was perfect. Not anymore.

Removes All Types of Eye Makeup

This is one of the better ones for removing all eye makeup. Using just a small amount on a cotton wool pad I find it thoroughly removes all the types of eye makeup and is gentle to the delicate skin. A little goes a long way.

Why has this formulation changed

I have used Clarins and this product for years and loved it. I recently purchased a new bottle where unfortunately the formulation has changed. Where this used to be lovely and gentle it now makes my eyes sting when applying. This is very disappointing for a Clarins product and I will not repurchase as a result. Which is a first for me. Please look at this formulation the old version was much better

Favorite eye makeup remover

The only eye makeup remover I use. Great scent, no oily residue and takes it all off. It doesn't take a whole lot of product to do the job

Not the same…

I have been using this product for years… I was disappointed when I started using my new bottle to discover that the formula has changed since I last purchased it… it doesn’t feel or smell as nice. I think I will have to find an alternative.
