I tried this shampoo based on other reviewers feedback but do not feel any noticeable difference and would not buy again

THE WORST SHAMPOO I'VE EVER USED!!

I've been using this shampoo for the past three months during which time I've noticed that my hair started falling out like crazy (A HANDFUL AT EACH WASH!!!!) and after months of growing suspicion I checked online and this seems to be a very common issue with this range!!! I would not recommend this to my worst enemy!! I've literally lost a third of my hair volume in a matter of months!!!

There is a very strong fragrance. My thick, fine hair has never been drier, and my scalp is flaking. You have to use so much of the product as well. I have nothing good to say about this one.

Unfortunately ruined my hair and scalp

I purchased the genesis shampoo and conditioner one month ago really wanting to invest in my haircare hoping these products will help me grow healthier and longer hair. Unfortunately immediately after starting using the products my hair started to break and fall out in quantities it has never before (we are talking hand fulls), as well as really irritated my scalp which became itchy and dry. Initially I thought the products can't be the reason, but after looking at some other reviews I noticed people experienced similar effects. I immediately stopped using the products which made a difference straight away. During the first wash there was almost no hair in the drain. This is beyond disappointing, as I really hoped to love these products especially considering the price that I paid for these.

I did use it a year ago and than I tried switching shampoo’s because it was very costly but, I got back to it a month ago after trying a lot of shampoo’s and hair care products because it is worth the price.

Great shampoo for fine hair

Love this shampoo and have purchased numerous times now, works really well on my long fine hair.

Helps with thinning hair

Have been using this shampoo for over a year now and it just keeps giving great results.

Don't buy it

I love kerastase but this is one of the worst shampoos I've ever used. I've starting losing double the amount of hair and it's just not worth it

Assez bon produit

Il ne fait pas des miracles mais il fait l’affaire. J’ai une chevelure assez dense, et les cheveux long ondulés. J’ai acheté tout les produits de la gamme. Une petite quantité suffit il mousse très bien. Cependant utiliser le shampooing SEUL vous rendra les cheveux assez difficile à peigner, il est indispensable d’utiliser en complément le lait et le masque de la même gamme pour un réel résultat (cheveux doux et léger, limite la chute). Si vous n’utilisez pas le reste de la gamme avec le shampooing le résultat sera décevant.
