Best brown mascara

I am absolutely obsessed with this mascara. I love brown mascaras and think this one is a perfect shade! It’s so natural for a day time look and perfect for anyone who has naturally light eyelashes like me! I love it

Good formula

I was beyond excited to try brown mascara for the first time! I like the formula of the product, and how well it applies to my lashes. I will say, I need more of an "extension" type of mascara to really notice a difference in the length/volume. But overall the product was nice!

Perfect brown shade

I received this product in exchange for this review BUT that does not affect my honestly when it comes to reviews specifically for makeup products! I am number #1 fan of brown mascaras and there are many different shades of brown out there. This has to be one of my favorite! The shade is perfect and it looks so natural especially for those days where I am looking for the no makeup makeup look! Love love love

Great mascara

This mascara is so good! I like how it separates every eyelash and makes my eye more lifted, open and this new brown shade - absolutely stunning! I like this trend with brown mascara, looks much more natural, than black!

This is one of the worst mascaras I've ever used. This photo shows how much comes off the brush. If you dont do this, this mascara gets EVERYWHERE and gooooood luck combing out the clumps or pulling it through your lashes. This much product pools at the base of your lashes and on your lashline and will not pull through. You end up with 2 lashes overall. And this is on the first coat! I cannot fathom what a makeup artist was thinking releasing this. Perhaps the formula is great and it's just a packaging issue. I dont have the flaking or smudging issues that others report.

This mascara is quite nice. I have the black one as well. This brown one is perfect for everyday wear when I’m going for a more subtle look or want my eyes to really pop in a natural way. I enjoy the formula, it helps lengthen my lashes. I don’t experience any flaking or smudging with this mascara. I don’t typically wear mascara on my bottom lashes, but I like to with this brown mascara. Overall, I think this is a great brown mascara!

I have been really loving the brown mascara recently!! I think it just looks way more subtle and pretty than harsh black. I have blonde lashes so it is really nice that it will get darker with basically one swipe. It does not clumpy at all even with several swipes. It does not flake off or transfer on my upper lids which is really nice. I do wish it added more length though, my lashes are super short. Overall, I really like the formula for every day.

great for everyday, natural look

I received this product as a gift. I love a brown mascara for every day natural look. I have very small/fat lashes so do need multiple layers. This formula doesn't give much length but definitely gives the appearance of fuller lashes.

Not good.

Had to return. Flaky and doesn’t last. Panda eyes by 4PM. Back to YSL.

So far so good

I’ve tested this mascara for a few days now and like it overall. It stays on throughout the day and doesn’t clump or leave pieces behind. I need to try the black shade because the brown did not show up against my natural eye or eye makeup. I received something in exchange for this post.

First time wearing brown mascara and I’m impressed

Coats eye lashes a nice brown color. It isn’t too light even on deeper skin which I enjoy. It’s literally the perfect brown does seem lighter on the wand than the skin ( view picture) . I did however feel that my lashes didn’t necessarily stay as lengthened as I would have liked them but my lashes are on the shorter side anyway.

Natural lift, perfect brown shade!

I’m so impressed with this mascara! The Perfect Brown color is softer than black but still gives my lashes amazing definition it’s perfect for everyday wear. It lifts and separates beautifully without clumping or feeling heavy. The formula doesn’t smudge or flake, even after a long day, and it makes my lashes look naturally full and lifted. I also love the brush it grabs every lash and builds volume fast. If you like a clean, lifted look that still looks natural and polished, this mascara is a must-have.
